Pros:

通りに面していて車の音がうるさい。私がチェックインした時には人がいたので問題無かったが後から来た外国人はチェックインできず、とても困っていた。チェックアウト時には誰もいなかったので鍵は部屋の扉に差してきた。

Pros:

Kein WC Papier, keine Handtücher, Duschwasser in Nasszelle fließt in Gulli neben WC. Tür zur Nasszelle klemmt und macht Geräusche. Kaum Ablagen im Zimmer, kein Tisch. Wifi und Internet sind gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber, dürfen mit Schuhen nicht betreten werden.

Pros:

It was in the place we wanted, and having made the booking, they actually had a room for us, and basically did the job. It was fairly low quality and didn't have eg toilet paper or towels. But it did the job for us.

I didn't like anything at Esin Pansiyon.

Cons:

The owner was extremely unfriendly. When I arrived at 12.30 pm, he said, he didn't have any vacancies. Than he changed his mind and told me to come back at 5.00 pm. I wanted to use the bathroom, he said, I can use it at 5.00 pm. Also there was no place to put my bicycle. In the end he gave me my payment back and I had to find alternative accommodation.This Pansiyon should not be on booking.com. The worst place I have ever been with booking.com.

The owner is a nice, friendly & laid-back man. He was awaiting me when I arrived since I contacted him in advance about my arrival time (good idea to do). He lives on site and can be contacted by phone/What'App. He made sure I had a functioning fridge, gave me an electric water kettle, offered me tea every day...and even drove me to the bus station when I left early one morning.

Wifi works well. Great bathing system - traditional Turkish where you sit down on a stool in front of a large bucket. Add any temperature of water, splash yourself with water via a bowl. It's so nice to s

This place is a little rough around the edges, but it's safe, very well located & mostly clean. My room was definitely much cleaner than a previous guest wrote. My sheets were clean. New & clean carpeting. Room is overall clean. I did have to do some cleaning myself, including the fridge, sink & bathroom. But I did notice during the cleaning that much of the issue is old furnishings that are stained, so not actually dirty.

Note that the rooms in back are MUCH quieter. The pansiyon is located on one of Tokat's main roads, with constantly roaring traffic, so front rooms are quite noisy.

Overall, I had a great stay here! Recommended for budget travelers in Tokat.
