I was somewhat disappointed with the service during my stay.
Assistance was not provided promptly when needed.
Some staff members appeared rude when responding to questions and inquiries.
Amenities – Swimming Pool
The pool operating hours indicate that it opens at 5:30 AM. However, when I visited at that time, towels were not available.
The pool attendant informed me that towels would only be available at 8:00 AM, which was confusing since the pool was already open to guests.
Bathroom Amenities
In the shower area, there are two dispensers, but both appear to contain shampoo. Normally, one dispenser should contain shampoo and the other conditioner.
At the handwashing area, the dispenser appears to contain shampoo as well, whereas it should contain hand soap.
I hope these observations can be reviewed and addressed to improve the guest experience and for my next visit because I love to visit different 5start hotel and review and satisfaction and need to improve.

Room given was with a sea view, which was a better deal. Room service was good too. Breakfast buffet was exceptional.
The staff promised a birthday cake that was not given. Room provided does not have a robe provided and took time before housekeeping sent.

Staff at the reception are helpful & fast acting
Room facilities are old need renovations, bathroom had a very bad smell since I checked in because there was left hair on the shower that housekeeper did not clean !
When I asked them to check it they went directly and solve it , wondering why they didn’t do their work before , during my stay I felt they never cleaned the showers & the smell came back .
During my stay they also always missed to add towels and I had to call asking for them , housekeeping need improvement!

عندهم مشكله فى فريق التنظيف، فى الليلة الثانية لم يحضر احد للتنظيف رغم خروجنا مبكرا وعودتنا متأخرين وتركنا إشارة تنظيف الغرفة لكن لم يحضر أحد
فى الليلة الثانية لم يضعوا الفوط فى الحمام ما عدى الفوطة الكبيرة تبع الاستحمام والفوط متهالكة او ليست بالجودة المطلوبة
