NEVER AGAIN.
It was a stressful stay.
Despite the fact that the place and location are good, the evening staff/security treated us very badly. We felt like they were watching our every move and questioning us all the time despite having a booking in one of their expensive units (4 bedroom suite + maid's room).
We experienced a security knocking on our door past midnight accusing us that they saw 8 people going inside our unit from Tropicana. It was us coming back to our unit after having fun in Tropicana which we paid extra for.
They're all very bossy, intimidating, and disrespectful. Always looking for something wrong about us. They knocked on our doors many times and causing disturbances. Unacceptable how they ruined lots of moments for our group.
