Be ready for the next time I come again.
Pros:

The room was not initially equipped with the required bath robes. Despite multiple requests, they were only provided later. Given that 7 people were accommodated in a 3-bedroom hotel apartment, it should have been fully equipped for all occupants from the outset.

Additionally, only 6 pairs of slippers were provided for 7 occupants, requiring a further request to obtain the missing pair.

Finally, the air conditioning was not cooling properly. After reporting the issue, the maintenance team inspected it and advised that the A/C sensors had been covered, which was affecting the system's performance.

While these issues were eventually resolved, they could have been addressed before occupancy to provide a better guest experience.

Cons:

As the stay was only for one day, and I had travelled specifically to attend my son's friend's wedding, I had very limited time to continuously request missing items and resolve avoidable issues.

In addition to the points mentioned earlier, the complimentary coffee provisions were inadequate. Only three espresso capsules were provided for seven occupants, which was clearly insufficient for the number of guests accommodated in the apartment.

Eventually, all the requested items and services were provided, and I appreciate the responsiveness once the requests were raised. However, these arrangements should have been in place before occupancy, as they are basic requirements that could have significantly improved the overall guest experience from the outset.

Nice staycation for family. Great discounts for inhouse guests for dining amenities.
Pros:

The comfort of the room and amenities are great. The staff are approachable and friendly and grants my requests very well.

Cons:

The housekeeping service is a little bit of late when asked for room service.
