Pros:

The hotel needs to be upgraded it's old the staff sleeps inside the room the cleaners is terrible I won't even tell the homeless person to go in there and stay

Pros:

I did love the location of the Hotel to the venue that we were attending that night.

Cons:

There was a room on our floor that played music loudly the entire night from 11pm until when we checked out in the morning. There was nothing we could do and got no sleep. The TV was not working in the bedroom either.

The attendant at the desk sat on his cell phone and did not service the customers. I told him that they were out of yogu
Pros:

The suite was like an apartment you could live in.
It was close to The Palace Theater.
The bed was comfortable.
Upgrades done on the unit, such as new countertops in kitchen and bathroom. New heater system, new desk and bureaus.

Cons:

Place had cosmetic issues. Several items were old and needed updates, such as the bathtub, a gas station stove, dirty looking couch, and only 1 pot to cook with. Breakfast very limited selection. Elevator broke and assistance was given to get our luggage on the 7Th floor. My husband who is 70 years old, had to walk up seven flights of stairs to carry down our luggage twice. I have a hip issue and was unable to assist.

Our stay wasn't worth the $171 per night per room that we paid. Our stay & food wasn't worth it.
Pros:

The two room were next door as asked. Room 2025 and 2026. Both room TV's were great. Room 2026 was fully carpeted and confrontable. Both rooms were very roomy.

Cons:

A large mouse ran around in room 2025 my sister's room. The couch in room 2025 was broken and reported to the front desk. No ice machine on property. The soda machine sold only water. Had no snack machine. The continental breakfast was terrible. Rotten bananas. no hot food eggs, waffles, pancakes, sausage or bacon. limited selection of bagels and cereals.

Cons:

Dilapidated, shabby room. Broken cabinets, dusty kitchen, Ripped open furniture and carpeting. I couldn’t believe the quality and for $240 PER NIGHT. I’ll never go back. The saving grace, clean beds and bathroom. 👎
