Stamford Suites

Everything. The employee at the front desk tried to photocopy my credit card because their machine wasn't working, the room smelled like stale cigarettes, the carpet was ripped, there were stains everywhere, and pieces of garbage all over.

I had originally asked for an additional bed, when we got to the property they said the couch pulled out for a sofa bed. This was fine, when it was later in the night and we needed to make the sofa bed there were no linens anywhere in our room to make the bed. We attempted to call down to the front desk with the room phone and the phone did not work. We called down using our cell phone and explained we needed linens pillows and a blanket for the couch(also that the phone wouldn't call down to the front desk) and were told no blankets were available and we needed to come down to get them. I ended up getting a blanket after waiting additional time to get a blanket. The lamps in the bedroom did not work, I tried moving the plug it was in, just incase there was an issue with the outlet, there was no issue with the outlets and when I reported it to the person at the front desk they told me just to check if the light was completely screwed in. Mind you I already did this, and when I asked if there was a new bulb they said they would send one up and we never saw one. Then there was the bathroom....I was trying to hang the hand towel on the towel rack and the whole towel rack fell off the wall just brushing my hand on it. So no hanging hand towels or bath towels to dry, they just needed to sit somewhere. The first time we stayed here, we loved our stay, this time around so much could have been better and we were only here for one night. Lastly the queen size beds in our room were terrible. Everytime you moved the bed made so much noise. My back hurt so bad the next morning and the sleep was terrible. After this experience I'm not sure if we will be returning to this location.

I think the entire hotel needs an upgrade. Everything was a bit old looking. Toilets are very low. Pain chips on some of the furniture. Probably could use a good paint job. In general needs to be refreshed.

The fact that it was old and run down and the breakfast was minimal.

Staff and broken elevator.

The tub needs to be renewed. They didn't have personal soaps or mouthwash, no shower cap. Just didn't have those little personal touches that I'm used to. Other than that, I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. One last thing, the elevator was out of service when I reached the property. That was a huge bummer!!

The pictures of the rooms were nothing like reality. The room was nasty - it was old, dirty, horrible maintenance, non-functional areas. I think it was incredibly misleading on-line, especially when paying $270+ per night! I would not recommend.

Everything they ripped us off they said that booking.com booked the room and it wasn't available but the room that they charged us for was the same Room as booking.com but more expensive at the cost of 228 dollar's we're as the room cost with booking.com was 183 dollar's and the place was a disgrace the room was filthy the bed was like a sponge and totally uncomfortable and my back was aching in the morning the curtains had holes in them and the breakfast was nothing short of a joke this place should be taking off from booking.coms page because it's a disgrace

Property needs some upgrading.

See above and add TV remote has no batteries or back, had to go to the front desk for service. Certainly not worth $280/night.

Mi experiencia en Stanford Suites fue extremadamente negativa y preocupante desde el punto de vista de la seguridad, la higiene y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.

El deterioro del establecimiento es evidente desde la llegada. El área de estacionamiento presenta un estado deplorable, incluyendo elementos improvisados y visibles signos de falta de mantenimiento. Al ingresar a la habitación, encontré condiciones de limpieza deficientes y, lo más grave, una intensa y persistente emanación de gas propano.

Llegué al hotel aproximadamente a las 2:00 de la madrugada tras un viaje internacional. Debido al cansancio acumulado, no me fue posible gestionar de inmediato una solución. Sin embargo, a las 7:30 de la mañana informé la situación a la recepción, explicando que no se trataba de un problema de comodidad o satisfacción del cliente, sino de una potencial emergencia relacionada con la seguridad y la salud de los huéspedes.

La única persona presente en el hotel en ese momento era la recepcionista, quien me informó que alrededor de las 9:00 a.m. llegaría personal de mantenimiento para revisar la situación. Insistí en que la magnitud del olor a gas requería una respuesta inmediata. Tras consultar con su gerente, la única alternativa ofrecida fue un cambio de habitación, sin que se mostrara una aparente comprensión de la gravedad del riesgo reportado.

Ante la ausencia de una respuesta adecuada y considerando el evidente peligro potencial, decidí abandonar el establecimiento de manera inmediata. Posteriormente, reporté la situación a Booking y también informé al Departamento de Bomberos para que tuvieran conocimiento de una posible fuga de gas en las instalaciones.

Considero que Stanford Suites debe ser objeto de una inspección técnica exhaustiva por parte de las autoridades competentes. La situación observada representa un riesgo potencial para la salud, la integridad física y la vida de los huéspedes.
