Not for me but works in a pinch.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

Wasn’t very clean, just looks worn down. All the curtains are torn, every pictures crooked, lots of stains and the bedroom lamp is broken.

AWFUL! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! EVER!

It was close to my family.

Cons:

Room was filthy. Bed, bathroom, and carpet were all dirty and the room smelled awful. I could not stay there. Left after 20 minutes. The hotel offered to refund me 1 of the 2 nights I have booked, and then never gave me a refund and fought me when I tried to get the refund thru my credit card. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! EVER!

The hotel needs to be upgraded it's old the staff sleeps inside the room the cleaners is terrible I won't even tell the homeless person to go in there and stay

I did love the location of the Hotel to the venue that we were attending that night.

Cons:

There was a room on our floor that played music loudly the entire night from 11pm until when we checked out in the morning. There was nothing we could do and got no sleep. The TV was not working in the bedroom either.

The attendant at the desk sat on his cell phone and did not service the customers. I told him that they were out of yogu

The suite was like an apartment you could live in.
It was close to The Palace Theater.
The bed was comfortable.
Upgrades done on the unit, such as new countertops in kitchen and bathroom. New heater system, new desk and bureaus.

Cons:

Place had cosmetic issues. Several items were old and needed updates, such as the bathtub, a gas station stove, dirty looking couch, and only 1 pot to cook with. Breakfast very limited selection. Elevator broke and assistance was given to get our luggage on the 7Th floor. My husband who is 70 years old, had to walk up seven flights of stairs to carry down our luggage twice. I have a hip issue and was unable to assist.
