受付の人、仕事になれたせいか、受付が受付になっていないと思われた。
受付も誰もが御社の受付システムを知っていると勝手に思っておられるようで、受付に行ったら機械でお願いしますと言ったきり何の対応も監視もなかった。何か親しみが湧かないなと思いました。

朝食が付いているとは知らなかったので　嬉しかったです。ただ時間帯にもよるのでしょうが　すごく混雑する時間だったので　ざわざわしていて食べた気がしなかったです。実際食べられなかった。
インバウンドの人は　マナーが分から無いのか　「NO　NO」と言われていたし　その後にそこのものは取るのを躊躇われた。
ホテル内全館禁煙なので　エントランス外でタバコを吸っている人が多く　出入りする際臭かった。

東横インなので安定してます。
周りにあんまり何もないように見えますが、徒歩圏内に色々あるので不便ではないです。
強いていうなら入り口に喫煙所があるので臭いです。
