I previously stayed at this property and experienced a bed bug issue in my room. I decided to return after seeing that the hotel had replaced its furniture, believing the issue had been addressed and wanting to give the property another opportunity.
Today, I contacted the front desk for assistance with internet access because the access code provided was not working. I was unable to log in using my room number and last name, as the system repeatedly returned an error. I spoke with Andrew, the General Manager, to explain the issue. Before I could fully describe the problem, I was cut off and told, “You have too many issues. I want you out of my establishment now. You have two hours.”
I was effectively kicked out of the hotel for requesting working internet access.
For context, I originally booked my stay from Monday, January 12 through January 16. On January 16, I spoke with the General Manager and requested to extend my stay by an additional week, which he agreed to. However, after raising the internet access issue today, he stated that I was no longer welcome due to my “issues.”
Those “issues” included:
Encountering bed bugs during a previous stay
Being unable to access the hotel’s internet
My room not being ready upon check-in at approximately 10:00 PM on January 12, despite the reservation being made weeks in advance
I explained that these concerns should not be considered unreasonable and do not align with Marriott’s operational standards or guest service values. In response, I was told to leave.
Additionally, a front desk manager told me to “get the f$ck out” and shouted, “You live off your mom’s money,” an entirely inappropriate and unfounded remark. I work for a living, and there was no justification for such a comment. When I requested her name, it was refused. On camera, she can be heard yelling, “Get the fck out.”
My experience at this hotel was acceptable until my interaction with the General Manager and his assistant manager. Their conduct was hostile, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I will never stay at this property again, and I believe both individuals should be terminated for their behavior and for the way they treat guests.

I really liked the courtyard. We enjoyed our afternoons sitting in the courtyard. The convience of a guest laundry was also a plus.

My fire alarm went off for no reason at 7 am and it took 15 min for someone to come help. The fan AC made a terrible loud noise off and on.
Photos on booking.com were different to actual, I'd suggest there was a refurb as interior was much nicer than I had anticipated
Airport shuttle didn't start until 9am which was too late for my flight, also wifi wasn't working for part of stay
Had run out of complementary water. The icemaker on the first floor was non-in operation. Stay there three months ago the icemaker was not working then. You were done at that time they would’ve had that fixed.
