I would have liked a few more bathroom products. There was no conditioner or body lotion.

My window looked over some kind of terrace that was next to my room (see picture). I had to keep the curtains close the whole time because I didn't want them to look in my room.I didn't see any people sitting there but I felt uncomforabIe. I had room 101.

We confirmed the Superior Double Room on the 2nd floor with a French window door. Upon arrival, were assigned an unsanitary attic room over the 2nd floor, only accessible by stairs. Despite my disability, we were denied an accessible room contrary to the written guarantees. Our stay from June 14–17 was ruined by broken promises, a disregard for accessibility, and shocking hygiene failures.
Months before arriving, we corresponded with the receptionist, Fabio Zecchin, to secure a specific room. We even called days and then hours before check-in to confirm. Yet, upon arrival, they forced us into Room 305, an attic room on the third floor, accessible only by stairs. I am disabled and explicitly told staff that navigating stairs is a problem, but Fabio and his female colleague refused to honor our reservation. To make matters worse, the windows start at chest height; you couldn't see anything unless you stood by the window on your tiptoes.
When we finally got to the room, it hadn't even been cleaned. There was a layer of dust on all surfaces, which staff ridiculously blamed on "the room being too sunny." In the bathroom, we discovered a used female hygiene pad behind the bidet. We had to wait outside while it was removed, but the floor itself was left filthy until the next day because the cleaning staff had gone home.
When I emailed management, they gave childish excuses, claiming the bathroom dirt was embedded in antique tiles. This is a lie; the modern, solid-colored tiles were covered in grime.

I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience at this hotel, booked through Booking.com. For two full days, the air conditioning did not work, despite outside temperatures exceeding 95°F (35°C). The room was unbearably hot, and management did nothing to fix it or offer an alternative.

Worse than the heat was how we were treated by the hotel manager. When my friend realized she forgot her passport in Napoli, staff initially told us it wasn't a problem and that another form of ID would be accepted, which we provided. Two days later, without warning, the manager had our room locked (with our belongings still inside) and refused to let us back in unless she personally authorized it. My friend ended up having to leave for another hotel entirely because she didn't have her passport on hand.

The manager was rude, dismissive, and seemed to expect guests to comply with her demands without question, regardless of what other staff had already agreed to. I had to argue with her just to get access to our own room, which left me having a panic attack in the lobby.

On top of all this, the room cleanliness was poor and clearly not a priority for the staff. In all our travels through Italy, we never experienced anything like this at another hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Quite a few things unfortunately. Even though the hotel is well presented several things went quite wrong, which is not acceptable for the price we paid. Air-conditioning broke a couple of times and it took hours to rest (while being unbearably hot in the city). Toilet flush was not working one day and had to ask them repeatedly to fix it (they didnt have great communication/coordination at reception). Didn’t get room service one of the days and got charged twice for breakfast (thankfully we realised it early on and the extra amount was refunded)…

Las habitaciones standard están muy bien pero el baño de las mismas en el edificio principal merece renovación. No condice con el resto de las comodidades
