We had an absolutely exceptional stay – honestly, we still cannot understand how this is rated as a three-star hotel, because in our experience it deserves five stars and more!
Everything was simply perfect. The location is fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and felt truly luxurious. The food and breakfast were absolutely delicious.
But what really made our stay unforgettable was the incredible service. The entire team was amazing – warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. They helped us arrange transportation, constantly checked whether we needed anything, and every single request or question was always answered with a smile and a real desire to help. We felt incredibly well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left.
Everything exceeded our expectations. The location, the rooms, the food, the atmosphere, and especially the wonderful staff – perfect, perfect, perfect!
If it were up to us, this would absolutely be a five-star-plus hotel. We would return without hesitation and recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay in Venice so special and memorable! ❤️

Toller Aufenthalt in Venedig zum Festival Redentore
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage an einem Canal, ruhig aber doch zentral. Weniger touristisch. Sauber und komfortabel. Sehr gutes Frühstück, alles was man möchte war vorhanden. Restaurants in Umgebung. Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder buchen.

Great stay and would definitely recommend!
Pros:

The rooms were big, spacious and clean. The hotel is situated just a short walk from salute stop on the waterbus service. The staff and were very welcoming and professional.

Pisząc z hotelem o wcześniejszym przybyciu zaproponowano nam pozostawienie bagaży do momentu otrzymania pokoju (doba od 16). Na miejscu bez problemu otrzymaliśmy pokój o 10.00. Czysto, pachnąco, cicho, spokojna dzielnica, miła obsługa. Działająca klimatyzacja po wyjściu z pokoju. Śniadania. Do tramwaju wodnego (w dwóch kierunkach 6 min), zakup biletów na pobyt obowiązkowy, to wielkie miasto, a są jeszcze przepiękne wyspy- inne miasta.

Cons:

Lepsze materace (np. sprężynowe, nie dzielone), poszewki na pościel-to się kupy nie trzyma. Twarde nie wygodne poduszki. Tylko dwie kapsułki kawy do ekspresu.
