Hotel elegant i molt net, en un barri tranquil però amb situació. Esmorzar bufet bo i abundant.
Pros:

L'hotel es troba en un carrer molt tranquil. A prop del pont de l'Acadèmia, de bars i restaurants, inclús molt a prop d'un supermercat. A dos minuts estan les millors vistes de Venècia, tant al canal de la Giudecca com al Gran Canal.

Piacevole soggiorno e grande ospitalità.
Pros:

Colazione buona e ricca, molto silenziosa la stanza. Ci hanno omaggiato un free upgrade in quanto arrivati prima del previsto la stanza non era pronta.

Tutto perfetto!

I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
Pros:

The neighborhood itself is very quiet, and while the Grand Canal is just around the corner, it doesn’t contribute to the view from the room. The location was also inconvenient, as it’s quite far from the main tourist attractions and shopping areas, making it difficult to get around.

Cons:

We felt somewhat misled, as the photos suggested a different experience than what we encountered. The smell in the bathroom was a major issue—it was extremely strong and unpleasant, to the point where we had to hold our breath when going in, and unfortunately it also spread into the bedroom.

Pros:

Отель находится в очень уютном месте, это одна остановка к Сан-Марко на вапоретто, сама остановка в пяти минутах от отеля.
Хочется отметить чистоту, приятно пахнет и везде сухо в отеле. Очень разнообразные завтраки: мясо, каши овощи и фрукты все присутствует.
Заселение было очень быстрым, нам несколько раз рассказали как куда добираться, где хорошие рестораны и помогли с организацией экскурсий и такси.
У нас остались только положительные эмоции. Невероятная Венеция навсегда в сердце и если приедем еще то обязательно выберем этот отель соотношение цены/качество не то что оправданы а превзошли наши ожидания.

Habitaciones e instalaciones muy limpias y personal encantador.
Ubicación excepcional ya q está muy cerca a una parada de vaporetto de San Marcos , siendo un barrio muy tranquilo.
Super recomendable, repetiría sin duda.

Viaje encantador en una muy buena ubicación
Pros:

Me ha gustado mucho este hotel.
He ido con mi hija para su cumpleaños y le han ofrecido un peluche. En la habitación, dejaron un magnet y unas galletas.
El hotel está limpio, bien ubicado en un barrio que me ha encantado cerca del centro. Super experiencia. Sala del desayuno chula. Buen desayuno.
Una única cosa que no me gustó: hacia calor en la habitación y no era fácil arreglarlo.
Le doy un 8.

Me arrepiento de haber reservado este Hotel
Pros:

La ubicación que ya la conocía al mirar el mapa y el ascensor.

Cons:

Reservamos 3 habitaciones dobles uso individual por tres noches.
Las 3 habitaciones fueron muy diferentes entre sí. La mía fue pequeña,la 209, con un pequeño armario inaccesible. De hecho solo cabía 1 mesita de noche. Ducha con buena presión de agua.
Las habitaciones compartieron el mismo defecto: colchones muy duros (para Faquir), duras como tablas con somier de láminas. No pude dormir bien ninguna de las 3 noches y mis familiares tampoco.
Temperatura regulada, según Recepción, individualmente desde la central, para cada habitación. El termostato de la habitación solo sirve para subir o bajar 2 grados a partir de lo marcado por la oficina de Recepción.
Terminé durmiendo con la ventana abierta, ahora con constipado. No bajaba de 26 grados y pico. Según el Recepcionista fue mi culpa por no dar reporte. Ante todo la respuesta: tú (o su) culpa por no venir a Recepción a informarte (your fault en inglés). En fin, en todo caso, culpa compartida, si se puede compartir, ellos por poner la temperatura alta, sin yo saberlo ni que nadie me explicara que el termostato no sirve para nada. Por ahí hay algún comentario que también lo señala. Hay algún problema con la regulación de la calefacción central que afecta a algunas habitaciones.
Tiene ascensor hasta la 2da planta. Parece que hay habitaciones en la planta baja, leer otras reseñas, no pintan bien.
Fruta podrida en el desayuno que tuve que avisar al personal para que retiraran. Desayuno básico continental y en caliente unos huevos revueltos y bacon/ salchichas.
Lo de la luz de la TV ya de tranca, tuve que desenchufar (como anterior huésped) porque la luz era muy molesta en la oscuridad y avisé a la salida para que la volvieran a enchufar
No recomiendo este Hotel.
Me arrepiento de haberlo escogido.
