We just stayed a night. Could not stay longer. Paid a penalty but had to get out.
Pros:

Location. Staff is good especially the manager Sanjay.

Cons:

Room was not good. Toilet bidet broken. Waste paper bin had no cover- broken. Basic like paste or a kettle not there. We have stayed at quite a few places for 3000 a night, but they were much better.

Had a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.
Pros:

Quiet place and in walking distance to the beach. Minimal crowd on the beach + cleanliness = best experience. I would definitely recommend

Pros:

The location is impeccable. The rooms are large and the facilities inside the room are basic, they are enough.

Cons:

The food was disappointment. Coming to Konkan, I was expecting basic malvani food. The staff is entirely is unaware of local food and recipes. For the price I paid, I was utterly disappointed. They take time and they don’t serve anything that on the menu how it is supposed to be. If I was informed earlier when I enquired about dinner service that the food is not authentic malvani, I’d have chosen to make other plans.

Cons:

The property claims its sea view but the sea is far and the view is covered by trees. They do not have any 'SEA VIEW' rooms. Kitchen management needs improvement. No consistency in qty served. Food taste is good. Food is expensive. Not value for money.

Pros:

The rooms were big. The location was also good.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the kitchen was the most disappointing part. It’s almost an open kitchen, with crows and dogs freely moving around. If you’re staying there, it’s better to avoid eating food prepared on the property. The pictures don’t reflect the actual condition — the place definitely needs better cleaning and maintenance.

Pros:

The location is awesome being just opposite to the beach. The room was spacious and with very good open air, having lunch & break fast on the portico was a good feel that we got with the sea breeze. The place is good for a quick break.

Cons:

The Bed sheets were not very clean and requires a major overhaul, We requested for a extra blanket, while the blanket was given it was smelling (could be due to moisture). The cupboard was small.

Pros:

Location is in front of the beach and is quite breezy

Cons:

Cleanliness and Hygiene is not maintained. Staff does it when called but must be proactive. The owner needs to realize that dirty bed sheets and broken hinges need a fix

The people who managed the place were very nice and helpful

Villa surroundings can be made better by pruning of trees and plants. But it is not a make or break thing for such a beautiful place with amazing management

Not worth the money at all. Not maintained.
Pros:

It was near to the beach.. Built like cottages (2 cottages in one block) big rooms and bed.
Plenty of parking space along with big play area.

Cons:

Many things..
1. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean.
2. Shower was not working
3. Extention was not working
4. A bit of dim lights.
5. Food was pricey.
6. They do not accept UPI payments and asks only cash.
7. Reception was not there just a table near kitchen.
8. Water was not good we saw Fishes & INSECTS coming out of taps.
9. No aminities like soap shampoo, just handwash.
10. Towels were smelly.

Rainy konkan Trip
Pros:

Overall the stay was good ,but more than the stay we like the beach as the Malgund beach was nearby walking distance . And the facility provided was everything which was needed as in particular hotels . Staff was very friendly and available for an assistant. Must visit for an experience stay

Cons:

Apart from the stay I did not like as the bed was not cleaned , as it was not washed properly , also there was an connectivity issue as no other network will work here apart from jio , BSNL . Don't take Airtel it's worst network . So if there is no network connectivity so need to have proper wifi connection as there was only one route which was been working in whole resort so it's been too disappointed that not proper internet access.
