Ich komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Buchung war online einfach zu machen, alles war sauber und modern. Türen werden mit dem Handy geöffnet , ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden

Ich bin immer wieder gerne hier in Eibach und geniesse immer wieder das schön eingerichtete Apt
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und landschaftlich hübsch und man ist schnell in Nürnberg, Schwabach oder Stein/Zirndorf

Cons:

Leider waren die beiden Steckdosen im Bad nicht nutzbar, aber es gibt viele andere im Apt die man nutzen konnte. Zweimal fiel der Strom um Mitternacht für eine 1/4 Std aus. Gottseidank bin ich gerade zuvor ins Apt gelangt, sonst wäre ich nicht rein gekommen.

Pros:

Es war eigentlich alles gut bis auf siehe unten.

Cons:

Badlicht funktioniert nicht
kpchenstrom auch nicht und es gab keine Anleitung für die Kaffeemaschine, die dann auch nicht anging

Pros:

Достаточно тихое место, было комфортно что номер был последний на этаже и рядом не было соседей, был балкон и можно было выйти и подышать воздухом. Рядом много супермаркетов и просто добраться до центра (рядом остановка).

Cons:

1) было сложно пройти регистрацию он- лайн, не приходил код от комнаты и было не понятно что дальше делать и на какой этаж идти, после прихода кода не открывались двери (стояли перед номером и не могли зайти)
2) нет парковки для гостиницы, было просто общее место около гостиницы, которое занимали все соседи с района, стояли какие-то бусы было похоже на грузовую парковку , и после 18 машину не где было поставить около гостиницы, приходилось ездить по району искать место и ставить машину далеко от гостиницы
3) не понравилась кровать ( по центру матрас был проваленным и спать было не удобно) и подушки (очень тонкие)
4) заезд в 16.00 очень не удобно (получается разбитый день)
5) кухня малюсенькая
6) в ванной стеклянная дверь внизу не плотно прилегала к полу и после душа вся вода была в ванной на полу, вытирать ее нечем было (никакой швабры не было), вода никуда не стекала, пол был мокрый, пришлось брать полотенце для ног и вымачивать воду

Pros:

War ruhig und man konnte Fenster in der Nacht offen haben, Parkplätze vor der Tür.

Cons:

Kühlschrank hatte Essensreste vom vorherigen Gast, war nicht sauber gemacht. Wurde auch nicht während meines Aufenthalts entfernt und gereinigt, obwohl ich telefonisch Kontakt hatte und darum gebeten habe.
Es ist notwendig anzurufen, um sich einzuloggen und Tür zu öffnen. Mobiles Netz zu schlecht, man muss auf WLAN gehen um das zu ermöglichen.

Sehr schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage, ca 20 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt.
Pros:

Große, sehr modernere Zimmer und Bäder. Das SmartHome Konzept gefällt mir sehr gut, ebenso wie der Schlüssellose Zugang

Cons:

Es gibt nicht ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, um 16 Uhr war noch alles frei, um 20 Uhr gab es keine Chance mehr einen zu bekommen.
