Pros:

Nice spacious room. On the university premises. Driving from the south side, Google Maps navigation wants to lead you thought a closed entry road, so navigate to the main UPSI Kampus entrance by the Proton City Highway.
Quiet area. Outside at another building in front of the hotel windows there are bright lights all night. While the curtains are thick enough to block the light, there is a narrow patch over the curtain mounting where light gets in and shines on the ceiling. I managed to mitigate it a bit by putting a towel there, but still it would be nice if they provided total blackout darkness for quality sleep. Unfortunately the windows in the room are blocked from opening by screws, so unable to open windows for fresh air during sleep. The bed is large and comfortable. Small fridge in the room. Very good hot water flow in the shower. Overall great clean bathroom. Good ergonomic desk, suitable for working on a laptop.

Pros:

Unfortunately they didn't have any extra bed, and as there were three of us, we pushed the twin beds together to create a makeshift king bed. Also, they charged for an extra towel.
