Overall, a convenient spot and very helpful staff
Pros:

Excellent location. Central and close to most tourist interests. Quiet street with great local food over the road. Breakfast adequate. Staff exceptional.

Cons:

Larger room booked was unavailable.

Dodgy management - avoid this place
Pros:

Booked this room the Booking.com app. App said your booking is confirmed. Got a message through Whats app from property asking me to confirm my booking and provide the booking number. I did that but when I arrived they said they had no record of my booking. Said no rooms available. They could put me in a room at one of their other hotels.

Cons:

Tried to scam me into taking a room I didn't book at a hotel I had never seen. I would not recommend this place. If you book with them be very careful.

Pros:

la ubiicación, está muy cerca del centro, y andando unos 15 minutos a la redonda del hotel encuentras los sitios más turisticos.
la comodidad de la cama. la atención del personal. el desayuno también estaba bien.

Cons:

no es que no me gustará. solo son dos apuntes, que para mi, mejoraria la comodidad de la habitación.
1- a la habitación le faltaría un poco más de luz, tipo lampara en la mesitas de noche.
2- le faltaba presión a la ducha.

Swimming pool and breakfast was very good. Quiet area.Delux room over looking the pool. Large room with comfy beds.

Cons:

Didn't feel comfortable using 2 different card machines checking in. Done this twice as stayed extra night.

🔶朝いきなり部屋をどんどんされて
　あけたらぶっきらぼうな様子で清掃は？と聞かれた

🔶夜戻り夜勤のスタッフへ洗濯について完了したか？と聞くと、色々と小言を言われ気分が悪かった
（夜完了と聞いていたが次の日の朝、
かつズボンのアイロンがされたなかった）

🔶全体的にスタッフのスマイルがなく、
口コミ情報と違っていた

A great place to stay in Luang Prabang
Pros:

The whole resort in simply stunning, the swimming pool is big and in good condition. The room was very nice too and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s close to many attractions and services etc. Its great hotels like this one that makes Luang Prabang a nice place to stay.

Pros:

This was one of the best places we stayed while in laos.
Room were large, clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing as were the staff. Location fantastic, overall would highly recommend staying here
