Prachtig zicht en goede locatie maar ik zou er niet meer verblijven.
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed en lekker.
Mooi uitzicht over het meer.
Gratis busticket naar centrum was wel een pluspunt.

Cons:

Kamer was niet mooi en verouderd. Er stond schimmel in de koelkast.
Badkamer was de slechtste ooit. Douchebak met een vieze gordijn. Tegels zijn geschilderd in beige. De verf brokkelde op vele plaatsen af en je zag de groen tegels van vroeger tevoorschijn komen. verouderd kraanwerk en toilet.
Restaurant was gesloten en we konden zelf niets te drinken krijgen. Aan de overkant was er een mooie zomerbar van het hotel maar was ondanks het mooie weer ook gesloten. Het voelde bij aankomst alsof enkel de receptioniste in het hotel was en voor de rest zagen we niemand. De zaal waar je zou kunnen zitten lag nog bezaaid met gebruikte onderleggers en vuil servies en werd niet opgeruimd.

Definitely recommend the hotel, just for the view
Pros:

The location is excellent, there are bus facilities every 15 minutes to Luzern bahnhof and the view of the lake from the balcony was Stunning! All the basic amenities are there

Cons:

The shower curtains were dirty and bathroom could have been a bit more cleaner

Purtroppo in bagno la ventola di aspirazione funzionava in continuazione creando rumore in stanza. Segnalato problema in serata non hanno potuto né risolvere né cambiare camera. Ho dovuto dormire con gli auricolari per attutire il rumore
