A property of 2 halves. Very modern reception area, bar & restaurant with a lovely outdoor setting.
Rooms need updating. Only a thick duvet on the bed, no sheet. In 30+ degrees this was uncomfortable.

No aircon. Very hot. Electric fan is not enough in summer time.

The forest-side room was unpleasant and the fan-only ventilation system couldn’t improve the air quality. Breakfast was simply not enough.
L'hôtel est très bien situé en face du lac des quatre cantons à la périphérie de la ville de Lucerne.Avec une vue excellente sur le lac et les montagnes. Il y a un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée avec de très bons menus.Et la chambre était très confortable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Avec bouilloire et tasses pour faire un thé ou un café en chambre. Et il y a un parking très pratique juste à côté. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec beaucoup de choix.

Vue sur le parking, pas de climatisation, petit parking (payant), pas de concierge après 22h.
La moquette dans les couloirs est particulièrement vétuste (et trouée), notre chambre était petite, avec du vieux mobilier, pas de climatisation et seulement un ventilateur. La salle de bain est à rénover, les joints sont noirs, la cuvette des toilettes également.
