Cons:

De verlichting in de kamer werkte allemaal niet op 1 lamp na. De deur naar buiten was bijna niet open te krijgen omdat het hout was gaan werken. Tapijt zat vol met vlekken. De kamer was best uitgeleefd.

Werd goed bijgehouden. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Erg gehorig en rumoerig. Vloerbedekking mag vervangen worden.
Tv ontvangst was ook matig meerdere zenders werkten niet.

Cons:

Hygiëne: oude bloedvlekken in vloerbedekking. Badkamer klein en gedateerd en lawaaiig. Hotel zeer gehorig houten vloeren, veel gasten maakten de hele nacht lawaai. Nachtelijke gesprekken op de gang waren woordelijk te volgen. Bij aankomst bleek het restaurant plotseling gesloten te zijn wegens personeelsgebrek. Dus taxi gebeld naar een ander restaurant. Kortom een gebrekkig onderhouden en slecht schoongehouden hotel. We hadden voor die prijs veel meer verwacht.

Habitación muy amplia. Baño grande con ducha y bañera. Aparcamiento gratuito.

Decoración anticuada. Olor a humedad Los somieres necesitan un cambio. El desayuno aceptable, pero caro en relación con otros de precio similar.

Best place to stay in Heerhugowaard
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff. Tried their very best to extend our stay for an extra night even though they were already fully booked and kept us updated on potential cancellations. Really outstanding customer service!

Reasonable hotel
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was nice. The carpeting & room smelled a little old, as mentioned in other reviews - it's not luxurious, but it's fine for a night. Cool decor.

Cons:

Noise from seagulls outside and very light train noise. Popped in some earplugs and slept fine though :).
