What a change from great to horrible Very disappointed from the first time we stayed til now..
Pros:

When we had originally stayed at Hallmarc it was wonderful and upon returning and having to stay for the next several days I was very disappointed in the staff they put us in a hotel room with mold and paint falling from the ceiling we had to go to the desk to get tissue and house keeping never even ask if we needed service

Cons:

Our room and the youngest staff member very very rude the room had paint falling from the ceiling there was mold on the sheetrock and mildew on the bathroom
We were extremely disappointed upon returning even our favorite staff member had become extremely rude to us at times very heartbreaking
