International Hotel Astana

I was expected Soviet Union age but was really not
It was Russia empire age
I believe that the hotel was quit a cool if was a Russia empire age.
Don’t believe pictures, it’s more than your expectations

위치도 적당하고 바로 인근이 투어가 시작하는 곳이라 매우 만족입니다

Останавливались на 5 ночей, очень довольны. Отличные завтраки и прекрасное местоположение отеля в городе,рядо метро.

I don’t like

Anti-slip mats should be added to the bathroom shower area.

Bed was very uncomfortable, got severe neck and back ache.

There were no refreshments in room.

Did not provide with bottle of water.

There was loud scary noise in commode in batgroom which woke me up several times at night

I will book there again!

- Very noisy traffic all night long. Although double glazed it sounded like the window was open!
- Wifi near useless.
- Uncomfortably mattress. I could feel the metal in my back.
- Breakfast... when it's gone that's too bad.
- General fabric and maintenance extremely poor. Bare wires in bathroom.
- No bar, contrary to listing.

Paid for 3 nights but left after a near sleepless first.

This is a lot nicer than the reviewers stated. I did stay in a double suite. The bathroom was very modern looking, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful

It’s an ok hotel, bed sheet not clean, I found few hair on the 1st day, but bkf is ok, front desk speak English, like most of 3 star hotel, house keeping is a problem, rest of thing all good

Не работал туалет, ремонт уже совсем не первой свежести. Тонкие стены, слышно соседей.

Window

Very small airport but very simple and easy visa and emigration proses. No farm no questions no
Just go to emigration counter and you got free visa on arrival no long waiting lines like Thailand. Very polite officers. Go out and take xendex taxi to hotel

Super old

We stay here 30th Huly to 3rd Aught-23. With Our friends and hired 22 rooms. Hotel ac not working and very bad break fast also staff is not supporting 😑

Room space problem.

This feels like an old school soviet hotel. A bit old but compared to its kind, in better condition. Small room, small bath, double bed is made of 2 single matresses placed side by side. Small size (22 inches maybe) lcd tv. I stayed here only for an afternoon nap after a night flight to Almaty and I had outbound flight the next night. I had to catch some sleep. This was the cheapest option around and served its purpose. It says 4 stars but feels like 3 most. Lobby bar was not working when I visited. Generally dark rooms, dark lobby, a bit gloomy place when combined with its age.

In a convenient location a range of city sites are easily accessed from here with taxis cheap and easy to pick up from the hotel street. Food and drink are good with an excellent breakfast spread. The rooms though compact are well fitted and clean and comfortable some with city views.
