Pros:

We appreciate the cleanliness but not deep clean on the 4th day(10am to 3pm)very inconvenience =(
Pros:

The breakfast is good selection but overall the food is very salty. The staff is very helpful to transport our luggage to another hotel.

Cons:

The mattress is super hard and not comfortable. My back hurts after the first night sleep. The hotel has a deep clean on every fourth day from 10am to 3pm. We are not allowed to stay in the room during the cleaning, and they do not have a lobby room for guest to sit. My son had a cold and not feeling well, felt very sleepy after taking some medicine but he have to sit in a chair beside the loundry area because we are not allowed to stay in our room. We appreciate the cleanliness but not the inconvenience during the deep clean of the hotel. They should explain the detail and show the schedules of the deep cleaning on the booking website. If you expect to have a relaxing and quiet trip, or unexpected sickness, or elderly folks who prefers to rest in a hotel room, or after the long hours walk in the city and need to rest the next day in the hotel, please research about the deep cleaning of Toyoko Inn chain hotel before you book the hotel.
