Cons:

We had a fire and during the evacuation no staff spoke to us at all . We came out on the street and had zero interaction with staff . Next day staff did acknowledge the incident . Understand emergencies happen but disappointed how it was handled . Lots of scared families with young children.
Broken decking around the pool area which is dangerous.
