Pros:

Proximity to city.

Cons:

Bathroom needs attention, old and tired.
Lack of dining options, The bar was open irregularly.
It was not worth the price, would have been better value at $140 to $160 per night.
Friends on room 315 say that the toilet cistern doesn't hold enough water, and trap under basin seems to be blocked

Most enjoyable end to my holiday
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. My room was clean spacious and as a lone traveller I was located on a smaller quieter wing of the hotel especially for travellers in my position.
The breakfast selection was great and catered for a variety of needs. Everything was fresh and there was plenty of it.
The lobby area was manned and security was on hand if required.

Cons:

It would have been great if there was drinking water available by the roof top pool.
This is not a manned area so there is not a bar either, as it is on the top floor it means taking all of your refreshments with you, on a hot day this would mean atleast 2 litres just for 1 person.

Great location and a quick stay

Loved the pool even though it was busy

Bit too much in the room having a chair when there are 2 beds

The room was tired and in need of some serious soft furnishings to make it appear more homely,

Nothing the place is run down, tired and in need of a serious upgrade

Cons:

Upon arrival there were 45 people deep in the queue to check in, went for a drink and returned in the hope the queue had gone down only to find it had moved by 3 people!! the room when we eventually checked in, wasting an hour and half to do so was basic, lacked love and homeliness, no tea or coffee making facilities, bath had a massive chip in it making us originally think it was a dirty mark on the bottom or a dead cockroach and there was a huge gap in the bedroom where a second bed had been removed making it appear even more cold and unloved, we decided to go to another hotel and didn't even spend the night here it felt sterile and unwelcoming, I have stayed here many years ago and the place has seriously gone down hill!
