We found the hotel to be a family friendly holiday venue, which was relatively cost effective.
Pros:

I liked that we got upgraded to a room with a view. We also loved having access to the pool, given it was very hot in Perth.
The location was convenient for us to walk to the city and enjoy urban city life.

Cons:

The furniture in the foyer and entrance is fairly run down, and did not give a great impression.
I also feel that you need to work on the signage in the hotel. During my stay I accidently walked into the fire exit walkway, trying to access the pool facility. I was trapped inside and as I had no phone, I couldn't get anybody to help. Thankfully I managed to walk 13 floors to exit the building! This seems like a pretty major hazard in your facility.

Great value for money
Pros:

Pool was great! Staff lovely, breakfast was tasty

Cons:

Pool all being one depth with no ledge or anything. it was to deep for me to stand and with our 10 month old baby

The place is too old. This stuff is not good not good at all.
Pros:

I like nothing there man. That place is is old. Everything is bad whole place to smell.

Cons:

I didn’t like anything. I didn’t like nothing there. It’s just it’s old place. That’s all. I would never recommend that to anyone.

Amazing location - very basic room - comfy bed - lousy shower
Pros:

Incredible location - so close to Daniel’s Doughnuts!!

Cons:

Our door lock didn’t work, got moved to another room that hadn’t been cleaned, broken glass all over the bathroom floor that had been walked through the carpet. Night Duty Manager was amazing - Day duty manager extremely rude. Got two cans of Coke Zero for all our troubles

Old, cheap, it’s fine.
Pros:

This is an older style property, hence the cheaper price per night. Had a very comfortable sleep in a quiet room. The staff are fine and the hotel is fine for what you pay. Would stay here again.

Cons:

The breakfast is pretty bad. The entire breakfast space including dining and food areas were swarming with mosquitoes. Had a quick 15 minute breakfast and came away with many mosquito bites. There were bugs sitting on the food as well. Zero accommodations for food allergies and the breakfast isn’t that great to be honest.
