Good location
Pros:

Location of the hotel, is good. The shopping complex is just 10 mins away. Its also 15 minutes away from the train station. Restaurants are everywhere, busy area, you dont get bored.

We will absolutely be returning!
Pros:

The pool was the highlight, the kids loved it! We were also put on to the quiet floor as the staff knew we were a young family. Staff were lovely and helpful! Great location and just what we needed.

Cons:

Only minor thing to mention is the bathroom needed some TLC and no extractor in there, for the great price we paid though, this is minor so I really can’t complain!

We decided to go home at 9:30pm as there was nothing nice about the privilege room I had booked in this hotel.
Pros:

The customer service was excellent and the food was really good.

Cons:

This hotel is very outdated and desperately needs a revamp. Definitely not value for money either.
