We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the staff and facilities were great. Would happily stay again.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, buffet breakfast was lovely, check in was easy, location was perfect, bed was comfortable.

The location was good and staff lovely.

Cons:

The room and side we stayed in was very dated and run down. TV did not work, probably. The bathroom was very poorly ventilated to the point that towels were quite damp after having a shower.

Absolutely brilliant,value for money,kind/helpful staff
Pros:

Staff communication outstanding.
They made our stay extra special by putting us on top floor with river views. Kids loved the heated pool. Food very good, room spacious and sound proof. Valet parking very handy with young kids and the storm brewing.
We will be back!

Cons:

No hot water in the morning but we all had a warm shower night before. No issue.

Excellent value with pool and gym in quiet location.
Cons:

Last year I had to cancel a business trip and Mercure gave a full refund. Did the trip this week and found the Mercure to be excellent value for money, with pool and gym, in a quiet location.

Friendly staff, great location
Pros:

The staff were great. Good location to explore the city

Cons:

That you had to go into a separate elevator and the through the gym and up a flight of stairs to get to the pool which meant going through the lobby to get from the pool back to the room.

Breakfast was good i was hoping for more healthier bread options and maybe muesli but the location was fantastic
