Pretty good
Pros:

Friendly efficient staff, location was great.

Cons:

People that bang doors in the night, the problem was other guests and not the Hotel or staff .

The staff where polite but seemed like they didn’t really want to be there and where a bit monotone and no excitement or can do attituee de to help

Cons:

Well where do I start the room I started in had not aircon nonfreee to air tv no internet. Nothing was plugged in and was a fire hazard under the tv and had no phone so wasn’t even able to call reception to fix issues had to phone from my mobile phone several times before someone came up and had to ask mjltjlmw times to be placed in a different room

Cons:

only 2 towels in a family room , on arrival door card didn’t work , 2 hours to sort , maintenance couldn’t fix it , told them any room would be ok , or 2 rooms told we would have to pay more for 2 rooms , eventually moved to family room

Great location, walking distance to shopping, Optus Stadium and the Swan River.
Pros:

Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are very dated, especially the bathrooms where there was visible mould around the shower and brown stains in the bath/shower and sink.

Staff were approachable. Mostly friendly. Ok. Location was ok.

Cons:

Cracked vanity, leaking toilet, shower handle came off in my hand. Wrong plug provided for bath. Hallways very dated and in need of repair.

I left a pair of earrings and was asked to pay for them to be returned to me. This was a surprise from a big hotel chain. I've had an item returned to me at no cost by an independent caravan park before.
