Excellent Toyoko branch, perfect location
Pros:

Superb Toyoko-quality service and room as always! Has everything you need. Spotlessly clean with very kind, professional, and polite staff. The daily free breakfast had local Shizuoka tea and fish. There is a supermarket with a second-story eat-in lounge right next to the hotel, so you can easily buy groceries. There is also an underground passage entrance near the hotel that takes you to the train station. There are also vending machines at the first floor, and two sets of coin laundry machines.

とても満足しました。
Pros:

お部屋がとても綺麗に清掃がされていた点。
今まで泊まった東横INNの中で、朝食会場が広くてゆったりとモーニングビッフェを楽しめた点。

Cons:

朝食のメニューにオレンジジュースなどの飲み物が全く無かった点。
お茶が飲めないので、飲み物がコーヒーしかなく残念でした…。

立地が良いのと、部屋の変更を当日対応して頂けたこと、駐車場のおじさんが親切で、朝食が良かった事が良かった点です。
