とても満足しました。
Pros:

お部屋がとても綺麗に清掃がされていた点。
今まで泊まった東横INNの中で、朝食会場が広くてゆったりとモーニングビッフェを楽しめた点。

Cons:

朝食のメニューにオレンジジュースなどの飲み物が全く無かった点。
お茶が飲めないので、飲み物がコーヒーしかなく残念でした…。

Pros:

毎年利用させてもらってます。
今年は特に駐車場の係の方がとても親切でした

Cons:

部屋のコップがプラスチックだったのが残念。
朝食に出向いたのが8時でしたがほぼ残ってないような感じでした。次は早起きします！

シングルのお部屋でしたが、セミダブルで快適なベッドでした。ベッドサイドの照明もよく考えられていると思います。
駐車場のスタッフの方にはとても親切に対応していただきました。ありがとうございました。

良かったのかは分からないけど、予約時にリクエストで禁煙室が空いてれば変更したいと送ったけどずっと返信ないまま当日。チェックインの時にそれを話したら空いてるから禁煙室ご案内された。メッセージやリクエストはしっかり確認してますか？

朝食が期待外れ、ありきたりのメニューだったから地域感、季節感などがあれば良かった。
6階に案内されたが、目の前の道路が建設中で部屋と同じ高さだったため、作業員と目が合った。女性ならどうだろう？
