Wonderful Stay & Excellent Hospitality!

We had a really good stay here. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel’s location was excellent — many tourist attractions and places of interest were all within walking distance, making it very convenient for us to explore the area.

A special thank you to Mr. KC, who was such a kind and lovely person. He went the extra mile by sending us a night snack along with a sincere, handwritten good-night note for both nights of our stay. Such a thoughtful and personal touch really made us feel welcomed and appreciated. ❤️

We would also like to thank Ms. Aitee for her kind assistance in helping us search for an available room at one of their other hotels. Her willingness to help was truly appreciated.

The breakfast was also very good, with fine servings and delicious food. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay, made even better by the warm and genuine hospitality of the staff.

There is a reason this accommodation is rated so highly - the service is absolutely world class. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel. Amazing.

The staff went far and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was an amazing experience - we felt like home. KC and the team were phenomenal - their attention to detail and their effort to make our stay comfortable was phenomenal. Good location, very spacious bathroom with a variety of amenities. Breakfast was good and staff (particularly Bong, Suet Chin, KC ) were attentive to my needs. A particular highlight for me was the several types of bath salt offered.

早餐每天主题不同，是按份制的，很好吃。酒店地点去哪里都很方便，这家酒店的整洁程度是可以直接不用套一次性被单的程度。可以提前和工作人员讲想要泡澡使用的浴盐，她们会准备好。甚至数据线收纳都会做好，很贴心。每天还会有不同口味的小零食哦。

Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert und ist abwechslungsreich, von landestypisch bis kontinental. Auf spezielle Wünsche wird sofort eingegangen. Die Lage ist optimal um die Altstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Restaurant bietet gehobene Küche und die Bar ist gut sortiert.

Having lived in the Middle East for almost 30 years (where customer service and hotels are typically to a high standard) this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

The attention to detail is nothing short of perfect. During turndown, they leave a card with the next day’s weather forecast, play relaxing music, and set out a small evening snack with a personal note. They also offer a bath butler service, drawing your bath before you return for the evening.

Suet and the team are incredibly knowledgeable about local restaurants and are always happy to take the time to chat things through. Highly recommend Tek Sen Chinese restaurant!

Breakfast is equally fantastic, alternating between continental and Dim Sum. We enjoyed an amazing platter followed by Shakshuka.

The location is perfect: peaceful evenings, right in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Old Town Penang.

3 night stay. 25 minutes cheap grab ride from the airport. Just the 6 rooms made this a peaceful and relaxing stay. Excellent service. Very helpful staff. Use of WhatsApp for communication before and during stay made responses immediate. They provided complimentary snacks each day and there was a selection of drinks available for free in the minibar. Variety of breakfasts offered, first day local, second continental, third dim sum. Spacious bathroom with required amenities. Great location to explore Georgetown from. Lots of interesting street art, cafes and restaurants in the area. Be sure to install and use grab for very cheap transport around Penang. Can enter and exit the car right outside the front door of the hotel. Lights and ambience is controlled by an iPad. Extra pillows provided upon requested.

this hotel was perfection, down to every detail. i haven’t been in a hotel that i liked more than this one.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Luxurious rooms - the bath butler service was a lovely surprise! The entire team were lovely, gave great recommendations on things to do and where to eat. Breakfast was next level - the only down side was there wasn't room for lunch!

The whole vibe was luxurious - not just the room but the experience. The building itself is absolutely gorgeous and in the perfect location. The breakfast was also a stand out. In a destination like Malaysia where food is so good I wasn't necessarily keen on a "hotel breakfast" but this breakfast was so thoughtful and an experience in itself, especially the special Nonya style!!

This place is exceptional from start to finish. The staff genuinely couldn’t be more helpful or friendly, going above and beyond to make the stay feel personal and effortless. The location is spot on, making it easy to explore while still feeling like a retreat. Breakfast was a real highlight too an impressive range with excellent quality throughout. The room and overall service were unbelievable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Even the ambience stood out, with a luxurious scent in both the room and lobby that elevated the whole experience. With only six rooms, it feels incredibly intimate and personable more like a private hideaway than a typical hotel.

It was our first time staying at boutique hotel and it was amazing! Hotel is perfectly placed in the heart of old town, so we checked in and wandered around the town. There are many cafes, coffee shops and restaurants as well as craft shops. For dinner we booked a table in Tong restaurant within the hotel to enjoy local food with modern vision. All dishes and signature cocktails were delicious. After dinner we asked for evening bath services (it’s included), best decision btw - after another walk around hot bath with salt and aroma oils was even more enjoyable. Hotel staff was very responsive and hospitable, our room - cozy and stylish. Definitely will book again next time in Penang.
