Выбирала этот отель, ориентируясь на рейтинг на Букинге, но ожидания вообще не соответствуют реальности. Не понимаю, кто пишет эти отзывы и зачем вводит людей в заблуждение. Мы забронировали номер на двоих, заселились поздно ночью после долгой дороги - проехали почти 1000 км на машине. Номер на выдали на 7 этаже. Оказалось, что номер на двоих совершенно не укомплектован: полотенце было всего в одном экземпляре, постельное белье тоже (одна простыня и один пододеяльник на двоих). Хорошо, что у меня было свое полотенце, а муж пользовался отельным. Из средств гигиены положили только кусок мыла и гель для душа, мы ими даже пользоваться не стали. Ни зубных щеток одноразовых, ни пасты, ни одноразовых тапочек с халатами нет, хотя это базовые вещи, за которые мы платим деньги. Отдельная история - это кровать. Матрас настолько старый и продавленный в центре, что это видно даже невооруженным глазом, мы с супругом всю ночь просто скатывались в середину. У меня проблемы с позвоночником и поясницей, поэтому я практически вообще не спала. Рядом стоял старый, грязный диван без накидки, я уже думала лечь на него, но он оказался нераскладным. Вдобавок ко всему, матрас какой-то странный, после него всё тело чесалось. Утром быстро приняли холодный душ и уехали, а нам впереди предстояло ехать еще почти 1000 км. В итоге толком не отдохнули и не выспались. Самому отелю уже давно требуется реновация: мебель и двери старые, дверь шатается, кафель и сантехника грязные. Уважаемое руководство, будьте добры, обеспечьте хотя бы элементарные средства гигиены и обновите номерной фонд. Данный отель я никому не рекомендую, это была самая ужасная ночь.

The toilet seat was splattered with something, the walls in the room were covered in dark red stains that looked like blood, there were black fingerprints on the ceiling, the dresser door fell down twice (it was just hanging on), and overall, the room smelled terrible (despite the fact that there was a fine for smoking in the room). You demanded payment for the entire day, even though we didn't even spend 5 minutes in your hotel! This is appalling! No one should ever stay with you and live in such conditions! You have no conscience to demand payment for this disgusting behavior!

Отель бюджетный поэтому и требования и ожидания не завышены, соотношение цена качество соответствует! Персонал доброжелательный, я не могла дозвониться дописаться до дочери, девушка на ресепшн мне пришла на помощь. Ей отдельная благодарность!

Ни в коем случае не рекомендую останавливаться здесь.
Pros:

Приветливый и дружелюбный персонал.
Сносный завтрак.
Больше плюсов нет.

Cons:

Содержать гостиницы в таком состоянии и селить в них людей - неуважение от их владельцев к самим себе.

Wi-fi нет!!! Он вообще не работает. В принципе. Только на первом этаже у ресепшн.

Вся мебель старая, постельное белье застиранное и в катышках, не свежее.
Фен, наверное, выпущен в прошлом веке, и он не работал.
Вся сантехника в ужасном состоянии, грязная.
В ванной комнате окно ничем занавешено.
