Pros:

Room was hot. Called front desk for help and said I would be moved rooms since maintenance was not there. (No problem things happen)
Was told to stay in the room and they would come up with new keys.
It took like 30 minutes in a hot room till I left downstairs to see what the hold up was. Front desk was on her phone. Very inconvenient since it was late at night and we just wanted to sleep and rest.

Pros:

After driving all day and arriving very late at night, Brianna was so accommodating! The next morning we had breakfast and Elvia was just the sweetest. They truly made a difficult trip so much better. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting or passing through Amarillo.

Comfortable, but shame cleaners did not do their job correctly

Cons:

Long black hairs all over floor & carpet. Toenail clipping and dead flies on bathroom floor. Staff didn’t have anyone to clean room properly, so they gave me dustpan/brush to do myself. Staff did offer to switch rooms, but had already unpacked toiletries, etc. carpets were not vacuumed, tiled floors were not brushed/mopped.
