It was OK. Quiet for the most part except for the people upstairs.
Pros:

Comfortable beds and a good shower

Cons:

The rooms need a full length mirror. No one told us we had to request housekeeping so we didn’t get that. For the price of the room you would think it would be included. Also, you should not have to pay for handicap parking.

It centralized and there’s things you can walk to

Cons:

Our TV wasn’t working people came and didn’t fix it, the front desk was rude in the beginning then changed their attitude at check in. The pool is small. Our room keys were not working we had to go up and down 3xs to get new keys.

Cons:

We're 75 yrs old so why would the staff put 4 screaming children next door. I almost called the police because it sounded like a woman being beaten All damn night. We got at best 1 1/2 hours sleep.

Pros:

I stayed here with my three kids. We booked a room with one king bed and a pull-out sofa bed, and it worked well for our family.

The room was very clean, and the hotel was well maintained. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and everything was convenient. Right outside the hotel is a small plaza with restaurants and stores, making it easy to grab a meal or pick up anything we needed.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Had a great stay, will be back!
Pros:

This location was incredibly clean. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable, nice sunset view… it’s not far from the freeway so it’s a little bit loud. The breakfast was impressive for sure. They thought of everything! They even had iced coffee. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

The location was the only downside, which wasn’t a problem since you can drive to the Animal Park or a store in 10 mins… the immediate surroundings are a bit industrial.

Nice hotel with paper plates
Pros:

Nice, really large room.

Cons:

They supplied pares cups, paper plates and plastic cutlery for the breakfast. It is kind of disappointing and disgusting.
