Convenient and central to our needs and where we were going while in Escondido
Pros:

Breakfast was nice and convenient. Later checkout was a plus. Staff was helpful and quick to address any issues we had.

Cons:

The in room coffee maker did not work, but I did not bring it up with the desk. The fridge kept freezing everything and we couldn't get the settings right. The bathroom door had a giant frosted window that shined light into the whole room that would wake up sleepers.

The stay
Pros:

My stay was good but some of my family members stay was terrible. They didn't have a room ready for my niece, who is disabled. Her room was dirty, spots on the carpet and couch. And other things. My room and my stay was good

Pros:

Upon my arrival after a 5 hour drive, staff informed me that due to my card being declined, they canceled my reservation, without calling me. They reported well we emailed you we didn't have your number, however that I believe is not true due to my information have my direct cell. The.manager said we emailed you, and I disclosed that when driving I don't access my emails, because I respect human lives.
I then asked the manager what I needed to do, and I would book another room. He said they had no rooms, I asked what about getting on booking.com to access a room as they reserve certain amount of rooms, he sarcastically said, "I don't know, do i look like booking.com".
No fears, though, I found another hotel cheaper and so much respectfull to their patrons.

It was OK. Quiet for the most part except for the people upstairs.
Pros:

Comfortable beds and a good shower

Cons:

The rooms need a full length mirror. No one told us we had to request housekeeping so we didn’t get that. For the price of the room you would think it would be included. Also, you should not have to pay for handicap parking.
