Power was out for half our stay. Was told manager would call us and never did.
Great location, huge room, really comfortable bed, great esthetic, nice bar with good drinks, easy check in/out.
Nothing
I really enjoyed my stay at this nice establishment. My room was spotless. Everyone was welcoming. Only negatives are when we were sitting down for dinner, we overheard some of the employees discussing, what I assumed to be other employees and we just felt that was very unprofessional and unpleasant. Besides that the location was great. In the heart of downtown I wouldn’t expect anything less. They exceeded my expectations
The property is beautiful, but the building is old and there are things that need to be taken care of maintenance wise
I cut my foot on a nail in my bedroom the night auditor that was there. It was a older African-American woman. She was really kind. She was very concerned and she acted as if she truly cared about the fact that I hurt myself on their property and then the young lady that was behind the bar was very kind and acted like she was very concerned now Vivek the Manager and then the young lady that was there when I left at 4 o’clock in the morning they acted like I was bothering them and I understand it was very early in the morning but that is not how you treat a customer so now me and Indigo hotel have a problem cause I was gonna try to do this thing the nice way but since you wanna act like I’m bothering you we have a problem
Clean with a great bathroom.
No blow drier or luggage rack.
Great location, beautiful lobby and bar/restaurant area, amazing amazing staff!!
I loved the cleanliness , how quiet it was and how friendly the staff was ! 10/10 stay

Breakfast was good. Breakfast included in the tariff is not true. you have a bonus for 20$ per room, totally different. Staff is very kind, very educate and solve any problem you have with a smile.
On night 1 of 3 (New Years Eve) someone in the hotel entered our room, went thru my wallet, took one credit card, copied info from 2 others as well as my bank card. We were alerted by both credit card companies and our bank. All charges (there were dozens) were in Winston Salem and online. Desk clerk (night clerk) asked us if we had a dog which was strange. Whoever entered our room closed the curtains which was our first clue (this was while DND sign was on the door). We’ve reported to IHG Corporate and all they did was call front desk. We’ve been waiting for a call back from manger for 3+ hours now. Lovely hotel but clearly they’ve got a serious issue here (given a previous reviewer also had items stolen from their valeted car).
Exceptional and new facility, with a very central location and pristine rooms.
The hotel is not bad and very chic. However, the parking lot for the hotel is two blocks away. If you arrive at any time following sunset, you will have to lug your things two blocks, in the dark, to the hotel. If arriving at night, you are almost forced to do valet parking at $30 a day. Lastly, please keep in mind that the valet, forgot about me once I requested my car, not only through the app, but also speaking with him to get added to the car return list. When confronted, he seemed as though he had forgotten that I was waiting, could not find my keys and stated that someone else had went to grab my keys. About 10 minutes later, while I'm watching, he finds my keys and then frantically goes to get my car. I waited for my car for over an hour just because he forgot. The hotel is nice, but parking was not considered, and valet does not seem to know what they are doing. Beware!!!
etablissement confortable, bien situé
il a fallu se battre pour ne pas régler les petits déjeuner qui étaient inclus lors de notre réservation sur booking (heureusement, j'avais imprimé notre réservation qu'il a fallu leur traduire) parking un peu cher
