MUITO BOA, VOLTARIA COM CERTEZA.
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom, surtido com várias opções.
Pessoal de atendimento super simpático.
Localização ótima.
Acomodações muito bem cuidada.
Agradeço o mimo que o hotel nos proporcionou pelos 37 anos de casados, comemorados durante a estadia.

Cons:

Única observação: estávamos no terceiro andar e a manutenção (pelo que percebemos) ocorria no quarto (ou quinto) andar, então quando o pessoal começava a trabalhar, incomodo com barulhos.

Cons:

Tivemos um problema com a fechadura eletrônica e não conseguimos acessar o quarto. Foi necessário um funcionário abrir o quarto por dentro, acessando a acomodação pela varanda (estávamos no segundo andar). Acho que deveriam ter uma contingência para abertura mecânica da fechadura.

O restaurante é excelente, com comidas saborosas e preços acessíveis. O café da manhã é muito variado e bem servido. Além disso, os funcionários são sempre muito educados e atenciosos, tornando a experiência ainda melhor.

Cons:

O restaurante é muito bom, porém acredito que o cardápio poderia ter mais opções de pratos infantis. Também senti falta de suco de laranja no café da manhã, algo que faria bastante diferença na experiência.
