Super chambre, petit déjeuner moyen
Pros:

Nous avons passé une nuit en chambre triple au 5ème étage. La chambre était d'une taille convenable, c'etait très propre, très bien insonorisée, et la literie était très confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir laisser les bagages de manière sécurisée à dans les casiers à l'entrée de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel. Il y avait des propositions japonaises et Européennes. Nous avons mangé à notre faim mais nous aurions aimé de meilleurs pains et pâtisseries et des fruits. Plusieurs plats 'chauds' étaient froids.

Cons:

No realizan la gestión del envío de maletas a otro hotel, dicen que solo lo hacen a cobro revertido, es decir que en vez de gestionar el envío y pagarles el servicio, quieren que se haga cargo el hotel al que quieres que lleguen las maletas. Esto nos supuso un inconveniente en nuestra planificación. En los demás hoteles te lo gestionan, rellenas el formulario de la empresa de transporte, pagas el coste de la tarifa en ese momento al hotel y ellos se encargan.

Pros:

Hotellet ligger lige over for Kyoto Station - super nemt! Der er opbevaring af bagage før check-in og efter check-ud. Vi havde et Hollywood Room med to enkeltsenge, og det var fantastisk. Rimeligt rummeligt, meget rent og helt nyrenoveret. Robotterne ved check-in var en sjov oplevelse.

Intet - alt var perfekt.

I would say it’s a luxurious Hostel.
Pros:

Proximity to main train & metro station.

Cons:

No staff to communicate with since receptionist are robots and even when you find someone to talk to you find huge language barriers. Pillows are miserable and bathroom is tiny. Breakfast very much basic. I have scarified last night and instead left Kyoto and booked 4 nights in Sheraton Osaka much cheaper than Hee an.

Vicinanza punto di forza
Pros:

Unico , abbiamo fatto il check-in con i dinosauri.. un’esperienza che solo qui in Giappone potevamo fare .
Vicinissimo alla stazione, a 3 minuti a piedi dove ci sono anche negozi e ristoranti .

Personale gentile e professionale , la colazione buona

Pros:

Ontbijt in de Ierse kroeg, wel grappig maar weinig plek dat is wel nadelig als het hotel vol zit. Ligt dichtbij het station wat heel handig is. De dino's zijn vooral heel grappig. Toen het niet lukte met inchecken omdat de naam anders in het systeem stond was er heel snel personeel wat kwam helpen, dat was wel goed. Je had zelf niet de kans om naar hulp te vragen ze stonden al klaar. Kamers zijn simpel en wat groter voor Japanse begrippen.

Het zijn ruime kamers, maar 5 minuten lopen van het station .

Cons:

Wegens maar beperkte ruimte dus moet he een tijd aangegeven wanneer je wilt ontbijten ver van te voren. Is niet altijd haalbaar aan gezien je soms plannen veranderen
