Cons:

The beds were terrible, the room was so noisy from the water heaters next door that I couldn’t sleep, and the put charges on my card that didn’t align with my expectation, the night staff were not helpful at all

Other than the sleeper sofa everything was perfect breakfast was amazing
Pros:

I did my booking on line so I just came in and got my keys.

Cons:

I came in after driving 12 hour's and my let sleeper sofa was dirty it had stains and crumbs. The staff worked really fast I was in a new room in less than 10 minutes but when your that tired it's an inconvenience.

Great location, staff was helpful, very clean. I would highly recommend to stay here.
Pros:

The hotel and room were very clean. The gym looked great, unfortunately, we did not get to use it. They also provided a variety of good breakfast foods. The parking lot was well lit and overall the location was good.

Fix your heating and electric issues
Pros:

Friendly employees and it was clean

Cons:

We stayed here a year ago they were having heating issues then. Well a year has gone by and heating issues have not only not been fixed they’ve gotten worse. It was 60 in our room when we arrived. The control on wall doesn’t work. The control panel on unit somewhat works. We finally got heat on set at 70. Went to dinner, were gone an hour, came back and it was so warm you could barely breathe. Got heat to go off but the fan ran continuously all night blowing cool air.
Then at 540am the fire alarm goes off, come to find out this is the 3rd day. Obviously there is a heating and electric issue in this hotel.

location, that my grown kids were down the hall, and breakfast

Cons:

front person named d'juan/d'wane/something to that effect, states he is a front area manager, but needs to be retrained in what to look for. he overcharged us double. room was already paid for, and he was given the receipt and confirmation number, and then went on to tell my husband the room was just on hold, so he ran my husbands debit card AGAIN, and charging like 40-45$ than the original price that i had already paid... now, after all week watching bank to see that it was reversed... it originally went to 330$ being taken out (pending on my end) to when my husband checked out, it went to 288.13 took from the acct, 1 week to the date, and after several phone calls (that no one really knows wth is going on) we were given back 250$ ... i am still short 38.13$ ! there are other nice hotels across the way, and we have stayed in a couple of them while we are back home... and we wont be doing fairfield again. our grown daughter went to check in, and he attempted to do her the same way... however, she caught it and said, No.... and he magically found where hers was already paid.
