Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment.

Pets are welcome - there is a £15 per pet per stay supplement. Also a £100 damage deposit is required at check in- this is returned at check out - minus the £15 supplement & and any damage.

Pets are welcome to be in your room, bar & lounge areas - pets are not permitted in the main restaurant.

All minors must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

If an extra bed is required please call The Angel Hotel to confirm. Subject to availability.

The entire hotel is non-smoking - any evidence of smoking in the room will result in a £250 fine.

Wife’s birthday night away.
Pros:

Excellent location. Always a pleasant stay.

Cons:

No car park anymore and arms park had an event, so had to go to NCP. Only complaint really.

Location, value, history and hireath.
Pros:

Location and staff. There is a certain Hireath to the place for me.

Cons:

Lift is slow and small
Tired in places but I prefer this to a budget chain hotel

Location was amazing and nice ambience in the hotel and staff were friendly.

It could do with a little bit of TLC, but that's all. It's a lovely hotel in general

Pros:

The location was ideal. In the heart of the city and close to bars and restaurants. The room was big and spacious.

Cons:

It was very dated. The room looked very tired and could do with a makeover. But was very clean. You could see there has been issues with damp in places. It was ok for a overnight stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
