Pets are welcome - there is a £15 per pet per stay supplement. Also a £100 damage deposit is required at check in- this is returned at check out - minus the £15 supplement & and any damage.
Pets are welcome to be in your room, bar & lounge areas - pets are not permitted in the main restaurant.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
It was a very hot few days during our stay. Our room was extremely hot, therefore, uncomfortable. Our window would not stay open and the fan was no good at all!! If there had been a fan that gave off any cool air it would have been bearable!
The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.

My room had no decor. Siggest some art,l on the wall perhaps of the city.
Absolutely appalling bedroom. Window unable to open and rotten in situ , PAT testing out of date on all electrical appliances , mould around bath , blanket of cobwebs around bathroom window , stained carpets etc

Entrance hall/stairs/chandeliers are all nice, everything else is just a bit tatty.
After checkout we couldn't buy a drink whilst waiting for our train even though the poster says open from 10am until late
2 wardrobes & a total of 12 coat hangers an exceptional effort & a record,good bathroom with bath & shower,good size room & the hotel is in a great location.
Couple of small items of rubbish on the floor & rubbish toilet paper.
