Schönes Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern und freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auf alle Eventualitäten vorbereitet. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und das Bett genau richtig: nicht zu hart und vor allem nicht zu weich. Im Haus war es relativ ruhig und der standardmäßige Checkout um 12 war für uns sehr gut, da wir noch bis früh auf einer Veranstaltung waren.

Cons:

Lage an der Hauptstraße sorgt für nicht ganz so gute Luft und recht viel Lärm. Am Wochenende ging es, in der Woche kann ich mir vorstellen, dass es recht laut werden könnte.

Das Personal war gut und die Lage auch.

Cons:

Der Zustand des Zimmers war insgesamt unzureichend. Die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere wurden wiederholt fremde Haare vorgefunden. Zudem war die Matratze stark durchgelegen und entsprechend sehr unbequem. Darüber hinaus herrschte im Raum ein unangenehmer, intensiver Geruch, der an alte Socken erinnerte und vermutlich vom Teppich ausging. Zudem war das Zimmer flächendeckend verstaubt, was den mangelhaften Reinigungszustand zusätzlich unterstreicht.

Das Komfortzimmer war sehr schön groß.

Cons:

Der Fernseher stand auf dem Schreibtisch, somit konnte man vom Bett aus im Liegen kaum etwas sehen. Die Schreibtisch Lampe funktionierte nicht und das Licht im Allgemeinen war sehr dunkel.
Auch, und davon stand nichts in der Buchung, geht der Fahrstuhl nur bis zum 3. Stock, die Zimmer befinden sich aber im 4. Stock. Wer also Bein oder Hüftptobleme hat oder sehr schwere Koffer sollte das wissen.

Schöner Städtetrip nach Hamburg
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Zimmer geräumig (3-Bett Zimmer).
Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Schräg gegenüber ist die U-Bahn Station „Rauhes Haus“, wo U2 und U4 fahren.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad wurden zwar sauber gemacht, aber keinmal Staub gewischt, was man nach einigen Tagen, dann auf den Möbeln sah.
Im begehbaren Schrank waren die oberen Ablagen ebenfalls voll Staub. Dies sogar bei der Ankunft schon.
Sonst ist das Hotel aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Frühstückspersonal war super nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das wir unseren Koffer noch eine Etage höher tragen mussten. Der Aufzug ging nicht ins obere Stockwerk. Das hätte der Empfang beim einchecken auch mitteilen können. So mussten wir unser Zimmer erstmal suchen. Die Bar war zu.
