Pros:

Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die U-Bahn-Station war 3 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Die Umgebung vom Hotel war sicher und in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß.

Cons:

Leider hatte das Zimmer kein Verdunkelungsvorhang, so dass um 5 Uhr Morgens Tageslicht ins Zimmer kam. Eine Klimaanlage war leider auch nicht vorhanden.

Ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer bei 25 grad war es dann einfach zu laut weil die anderen Gäste genau vor dem offenen Fenster am Zimmer vorbei laufen

Das Hotel hat nette Zimmer auf der Rückseite in einem Anbau. Gute Dämmung und gut zu lüften. Liegt relativ zentral auch mit guten Verkehrsverbindungen in die Innenstadt.

Alles bestens, wirklich gute Betten und auch die Ausziehcouch ordentlich. 24Std-Rezeption ist praktisch für alles. Sehr große und damit comfortable Dusche. Alles ganz neu.

Super Lage am Goldbekplatz mit Geschäften, Restaurants, Bushaltestellen. Zimmer sehr sauber.

Cons:

Bei heißen Temperaturen fehlt Klimaanlage, es wird sehr heiß im Zimmer.

Super Frühstück! Tolles, sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Es wäre vielleicht schön, wenn es im Zimmer einen kleinen Kühlschrank geben würde. Wir waren zu einer warmen Zeit in Hamburg. Konnten keine Getränke kühlen.
