Gutes Hotel, verkehrsgünstig gelegen und für einen (geschäftlichen) Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen
Pros:

In unmittelbarer Nähe der U-Bahn Haltestelle gut zu erreichen. Das Bad war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. DAs Frühstück war gut, der Service sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Das Gebäude mit seinem leicht in die Jahre gekommen Charme könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen. Der Innenhof zu den Zimmern einen Bodenbelag, der nicht jeden rollenden Koffer zu einem hallenden Inferno werden lässt und die Türen zu den Vorräumen und Zimmern haben auch die besten Zeiten hinter sich.

Wieder ein toller Aufenthalt - ich freue mich auf das nächste Mal
Pros:

Ich bin schon lange Stammgast, weil viele Dinge im Hotel einfach genial sind. Wer in Hamburg auf das Auto verzichten will, kann es sicher in der Garage parken - Bus und S-Bahn halten vor der Tür. das Hotelfrühstück ist unübertroffen. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Cons:

Leider sind noch nicht alle Zimmer klimatisiert. Für einige Zimmer würde sich diese Investition lohnen

Pros:

Ausstattung und Größe des Zimmers und des Bades !

Cons:

Zugang zum obersten Stockwerk war nur über eine Treppe möglich, zudem verfügte das Zimmer über keine Klimaanlage. Die Hotelbar war trotz hoher Auslastung des Hauses geschlossen.

Pros:

Großes Zimmer. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück, es hat nichts fehlt und alles vorhanden. Service war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Super Lage direkt an der U-Bahnstation „Rauhes Haus“.

Cons:

Tankstelle und Waschstraße direkt nebenan. Fensterbank und Treppenhaus könnte man mal sauber machen und abstauben.

Alles in allem hatten wir hatten eine schöne Zeit ...Hamburg ist wunderbar.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich !
Die Lage war wegen der direkten Anbindung an die U-Bahn Attraktiv .

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war zu eng und der Ventilator funktionierte nicht.
Zum anderen war durch die lage des Zimmers ein zu lauter Geräuschpegel einer Waschanlage die bis spät in die Nacht lief.
Sowie durch offene Fenster des Fitness-Studios.

Gute Lage um schnell in die Innenstadt von Hamburg oder zum Hbf. zu kommen.

Cons:

Defekte Dichtungen an der Dusche.

perfect location, great public transport links, shops and green spaces
Pros:

amazing location if you want to visit and explore Hamburg as its very close to a U-bahn station, lovely helpful receptionists and housekeepers, right by a petrol station and a lidl and lots of lush green spaces nearby to enjoy with family, overall massively exceeded my expectations and has amazing value for money
