Tutto, posizione centrale, albergo di qualità, struttura nuova. Niente da dire.

Cons:

Nulla, forse la colazione decisamente cara, ma in Corea è pieno di tutto, da starbucks, a bakery, brunch, a bar caffè all'italiana, a caffetterie coreane, che è un peccato chiudersi in hotel, magari con una colazione continentale. Occhio solo agli orari di apertura (chiudono presto la sera e aprono tardi la mattina).

Tutto bellissimo, tranne la presa in giro sulla vista Oceano della camera
Pros:

Albergo di lusso con rooftop al 29° piano.
La camera era davvero bella, spaziosa e davvero ben arredata. Letto comodissimo. Vista sul canale e ponte che collega la città all'isolotto su cui si trova l'albergo (che non era esattamente ciò che avevamo richiesto e pagato).
Vicino al centro e comodo anche per arrivare a piedi ad uno dei maggiori Lotte mall della città.
Utilizzato anche il servizio di lavanderia: attenzione solo che asciugatrice e lavatrice sono due diverse macchine (non come in Giappone ad esempio)

Cons:

Piccolo inganno (non so se da parte di booking o dell'hotel stesso) per cui abbiamo anche chiesto spiegazioni in reception dopo aver visto le camere a noi assegnate: ho pagato per due camere che sul sito di booking erano identificate come camere con vista sull'oceano, scegliendole volutamente, scartando l'altra opzione di camera con vista PARZIALE sull'oceano. le due tipologie di camera avevano ovviamente dei prezzi diversi e delle foto diverse inerenti alla vista esterna.
Ecco, di fatti non c'è differenza tra le due: la mia camera e quella dei nostri amici avevano la medesima vista che su booking era descritta per la camera con "vista parziale dell'oceano". Quindi se dovete scegliere, sappiate che non c'è differenza tra le due tipologie - spendete meno prendendo quella con vista parziale, tanto la vista sarà la medesima.
PS. Nonostante si tratti di personale dedicato alla Reception di un albergo di lusso, le persone con cui abbiamo "provato" a confrontarci non parlavano quasi per nulla Inglese, cosa ha davvero complicato la situazione. Abbiamo dovuto parlarci solo tramite una app di traduzione per spiegarci e (poco) capirci. Mi domando come sia possibile che in un albergo del genere nessuno, a maggior ragione in Reception, sia in grado di supportare e assistere un cliente che non sia coreano...

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Aussicht in den Hafen von Busan ist phänomenal! Auch die Zimmergröße war großzügig. Personal und Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit der Sauberkeit des Zimmers waren wir insgesamt zufrieden. Die Ausstattung mit Wasserkocher, kleinem Kühlschrank und Fön war wie erwartet, die Betten waren bequem. Es gibt die Möglichkeit im Hotel zu waschen. Das offene Badkonzept integriert sich toll und lässt den Raum luftig wirken. Das Frühstück haben wir einmal ausprobiert, hat uns aber nicht überzeugt. Es gibt aber unzählige Möglichkeiten auch außer Haus zu frühstücken. Die Lage des Hotels fanden wir hervorragend. Um die Ecke liegen Bushaltestellen, direkt vor der Tür öffnen am Abend die Fischstände direkt am Hafen zum Essen. Kurz über die Brücke laufen und schon ist man im klimatisierten Shopping Paradies. Zu den Touristenattraktionen im Westen der Stadt braucht man ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Bus (Seilbahn, Künstlerviertel, Leuchtturm). Wir haben zu spät das Roof-Top entdeckt. Das ist grandios mit 360 Grad Sicht auf Busan. Wir fanden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super und würden wiederkommen!

Cons:

Die Ausstattung für die Kleiderablage fanden wir für fünf Nächte bei drei Personen gerade so ausreichend, aber sehr knapp. Es gibt nur einen offenen Kleiderständer mit zu wenigen Hängern. Die Möbel sind teilweise schon in die Jahre gekommen. So war die Klappe des Safes nicht mehr fest verschraubt und offensichtlich schon mehrfach repariert worden. Im Wäscheraum kam es zu Stau bei den Trocknern, sodass unsere Wäsche erst nach 24 Stunden trocken war. Im Badbereich gab es sowohl an den Fliesen ums Waschbecken als auch in der Toilette an den Spiegelwänden einige Spritzer, die aussahen, als gäbe es sie schon länger.

1층에서 엘레베이터 기다리는 통로가 좁아서 많은 인원이 대기할 때는 좀 불편했지만, 이런건 뭐 큰 문제는 아니라고 봅니다.

Pros:

l'hotel è davvero molto bello, nell'ultimo piano c'è una vista che da sola vale il prezzo della camera.
Se alla reception le persone sono poco gentili, invece il personale delle pulizie è veramente molto carino e disponibile. Colazione varia. Le camere sono ampie e pulite. I letti sono molto comodi.

Perfecta ubicación con vistas en Busan.
Pros:

La ubicación y las vistas. Si no priorizas la playa es muy buena zona, cerca del mercado de pescado y de las calles céntricas. Tiene cafetería y terraza con vistas en los últimos pisos. La habitación era muy bonita con vistas.

El desayuno poco continental.
