Pros:

die Aussicht auf dem Roof Top.

Cons:

Extrem hellhörig und laut, vor dem Fenster so viele Lampen, dass man die Vorhänge nachts gar nicht geöffnet lassen kann, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Durch die undichten Fenster ein nervendes Dauerpfeifen. Am schlimmsten war die total merkwürdige Aufteilung des Badezimmers. Das in Korea übliche Duschklo (mit Klapptür á la Duschkabine) und davor ein Waschbecken in einer Art Küchenzeile. Unpraktisch und beim Toilettengang null Privatsphäre. Wer will sowas? Irgendwie alles ungepflegt und veraltet. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht.

Vue incroyable sur le port de Busan
Pros:

Très bel emplacement avec une vue de notre chambre impressionnante et dégagée sur le port.
Très bons équipements dans la chambre et très bonne literie.
Le petit déjeuner est fourni pour ceux qui aiment manger salé le matin.
La vue depuis le toit terrasse est exceptionnelle.
Bien situé pour visiter Nampo-dong, Songdo et Gamcheon ainsi que l'ile de Yeongdo.

Cons:

Les toilettes non séparées de la douche.
L'accueil très sommaire avec du personnel ne connaissant pas les prestations affichées cinq mètres devant eux.
Les ascenseurs...très long avec beaucoup d'attente.
Le bar au 28eme étage pourrait être mieux valorisé.

這次住在1812號房，是一個很棒的體驗，有問題提出住宿方回應訊息很快，房間還隔一小間小書桌，和小桌椅，床不會塌陷軟的床。晚上睡覺把窗簾拉開，燈全關，有美麗的夜景色陪伴入睡（影島大橋和釜山大橋可以同時看到，還有釜山鑽石塔）。飯店隔壁（背對飯店正門口左手邊）有24小時便利商店，還有影島的布帳馬，很多人用餐，在港口邊氛圍感很棒。飯店右邊走下去5-8分鐘，就是知名咖啡廳。但晚上有時候會有一些機械聲音，但不是持續的。我個人是可以正常入睡。

Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at Lavalse Hotel! The view was honestly the highlight of my entire trip — absolutely breathtaking, especially the beautiful ocean and city views. Waking up to that scenery was amazing and made the stay feel so special. The hotel was also exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and spotless, and the overall atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again just for the view alone!

Cons:

Honestly, I had a wonderful stay and there was very little to complain about. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

L’hôtel propose plusieurs équipements comme salle de sport…les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et propres

Cons:

Le personnel de l’hôtel a été froid et peu aimable. La plupart d’entre eux parlent peu anglais. Nous avions réservé 2 nuitées avec petit déjeuner inclus. Primo, le buffet était plutôt garni en salé mais quasi inexistant en sucré (de mémoire il n’y avait que des croissants). Secundo, le dernier jour, nous avons demandé s’il était possible de nous préparer une « breakfast box » avec quelques fruits, yaourt et un morceau de pain mais on a eu juste un « c’est impossible, non! »…pas même « nous sommes navré » juste non!
