Vue incroyable et bon emplacement, lit confortable et Clim agréable. (street food en bas de l’immeuble le soir que je recommande !)

Cons:

Accueil au strict minimum, l’hôtel ne propose aucun service. Pas de mini bar, pas de room service, pas de conseil sur les visites de la ville, pas de réservation de transport. Pour ‘manger’ le matin il faut attendre 8h pour un café et 9h45 pour les viennoiseries. Et le bar ferme a 22h…

Décevant pour le prix. Ne payez pas la vue car vous ne l’aurez pas et allez prendre un café au rooftop

La vue depuis le rooftop est magnifique et l’emplacement est bien.

Cons:

Énorme déception. J’ai exprès pris des chambres de luxe avec vue sur l’océan mais nous avons eu une chambre avec la vue bloquée (cf photo).
Le personnel était relativement antipathique. Les séchoirs ne fonctionnaient pas, l’une des employées m’a dit plusieurs fois qu’il avait fait venir quelqu’un et que tout était en ordre, alors que son collègue m’avait clairement dit qu’ils ne fonctionnaient pas.

Very comfortable stay. The bed was excellent and the shower was great; both made for a restful night. Lovely view from the room, and the small touches were appreciated; tea provided in the room, and an iron brought up promptly when requested. Would happily stay again.

Cons:

Getting coffee in the morning was a bit of a hassle; would have been nice to have it more readily available in the room or easier to access. No shower cap provided, which is a small but missed detail. The hospitality could feel a touch warmer; a friendlier welcome would have made the stay feel more personal.
