Be correct breakfast timing

Great comfort at Ambara Suites
Pros:

The room was quiet, very comfortable, clean with the best shower I’ve had whilst travelling. Fabulous bar with a wide choice of drinks.

Cons:

It was a little far out from the centre of Trivandrum but apart from that it was great 👍

Staff behaviour was good.

Cons:

Towels were dirty. The faucet was leaking. The bathroom was flooded. Breakfast time was too late. I bikes for complimentary breakfast package and I didn't get the breakfast on time a I had to to go it and have breakfast.

Hotellet prøver,- men de prøver ikke nok endnu !
Pros:

Dejlige store rum og badeværelse og smukt indrettet. Meget sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Alt meget rent og ordentligt. Nemt at få en taxi eller tuk-tuk. God roomservice. Man kunne købe alkohol både i roomservice og restaurant. Den lille tagterrasse var hyggelig og stille,- skærmede for underholdningen i tagbaren. Tæt på ATM. Flere restauranter i nærheden indenfor gåafstand. Meget tæt på lufthavnen.

Cons:

Meget byggelarm, da hotellet udvider. Gaden foran bliver også restaureret, hvilket også giver meget støv og larm,- og betyder at vinduerne er meget støvede og svære at se ud af. Afløbet virkede ikke godt i badet og gav oversvømmelse.
Meget mangelfuld morgenmad og restauranten indbød ikke til at man spiste der. Til aftensmad manglede mange af retterne på menukortet, personalet koordinerede ikke med hinanden, og flere gange fik vi ikke, hvad vi bestilte. Køkkenets kvalitet lover heller ikke op til det de lover. AC larmede som en traktor, og vi skulle slukke den om natten, for at kunne sove.Vi undrer os over at rengøring på værelset er efter 15:30 ?? WIFI er meget ustabil og dårlig :-(
