TV is not working. I called down. She said she’d send somebody down. Nobody came so I called again. They must know my number so they just didn’t answer so I called again after that and I still didn’t answer. Very poor management.

Love where it is located, there are shops nearby. Safe area, and safely guarded

El lobby esta bien pero desde que nos registramos comenzó. Nos dieron una habitación que estaba OCUPADA, luego regresé a reclamar y no dijeron nada solo me dieron una habitacion al final de todo, estaba sucia, fea, antigua, el estractor del baño sonaba como carro viejo.

The place is nothing like the pictures the floor sweats continuously the doors don't lock properly the window shades don't close there's roaches the bathroom was filthy the pool had black mold in it there's no ice machine they don't tell you any of this when you call the make your reservation I recommend nobody going there should be condemned hookers in the parking lot hookers walking the property.

I enjoy my stay for the weekend nice hotel great pool definitely would stay here again

The bathroom was leaking all the night . The bathtub tap did work.

From check in- the guy mixed up my reservation and told me I was a no show. Then got a key- and walked in someone else’s room while they were walking naked!!!!! Because that room was actually not available but still assigned to me. Finally- after being walked around the property to find a room, we get one. Looks nice- until you need anything. There was no hot water to shower, the outlet for the microwave and fridge was broken, finally got another one to warm my food and the microwave locked my food in. And then I tried to watch TV but there was no internet active. I had to use my hotspot. The bed was comfy tho. Other than that a total disaster. Oh and don’t get me started on the free breakfast- breads, yogurt and cereal. I would mention the fruit but let’s not.

Location has stepped up their services and increased their price. They spent the money in maintaining the location, making it a nicer stay. Only wish was the pool area was open 24hrs & the breakfast check in person was not needed.

Room was not available at first then got a room that was not cleaned. Finally, got into another room. Overall, I was disappointed by internet issues, uncomfortable room, lopsided bed, and just generally not a decent vibe in the area.

I recently stayed at 2520 Living hotel in Hollywood, Florida, and while there were some good points, overall, my experience was mixed. The positives: the hotel was clean when I arrived, and the staff seemed courteous. The location was convenient, and on the surface, it looked like a decent place to stay. However, there were several things that made the stay less enjoyable. Housekeeping never came to clean my room during my entire stay, which was disappointing. The complimentary breakfast was very plain and unappetizing—nothing to really look forward to in the mornings. The building itself felt old, and it looked like they simply painted over outdated walls without making real improvements. One major concern was seeing sex workers walking in and out of the hotel at night. It made me feel uncomfortable and raised some safety concerns. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless there were some serious upgrades and better management of the environmental.

It was clean and the pool was adorable.

The location is pretty convenient, rooms are okay, the facilities are okay, the staff was great! Abby and Cherri were great help.
