Pros:

في جبل اخضر داخل غابة وموظفوه رائعون والمرافق ممتازة.

Cons:

هناك حشرات في الفلل داخل الغابة، وبالنسبة للقهوة في المطعم تطلب طلب واحد فقط أنا أنواع قهوة او شاي ولا تجمع بينها.

Nice hotel but not worth the price.
Pros:

Nice property, good views and the restaurant food was great quality.

Cons:

Slightly too quiet for our liking however as it’s a spa hotel, this should have been expected.

Only major issue was our room smelt/felt damp. The bed always felt slightly wet when we got in it at night.

De service van het hotel was erg goed, zeer behulpzaam en attent personeel.

Cons:

De locatie vond ik persoonlijk iets minder. Je bent afhankelijk van hun shuttle bus die op bepaalde tijden rijdt alleen. Buiten deze tijden is het onmogelijk om jezelf te verplaatsen als je geen scooter of eigen vervoer hebt geregeld. Aan deze kant van het eiland is er geen taxi die je kan bestellen dus je bent hier afhankelijk van de locals. Gelukkig zijn er wel genoeg locals die je willen helpen en die scooterritjes aanbieden voor 200k idr

Pros:

Everyone was going an extra for everything. Enjoyed the place so much to see and do

Cons:

If food can be rotated as I stayed over a week it became momentous and boring. No other options.

Pros:

We had fantastic stay in Tanadewa,
Breakfast was exceptional, Even we had dinner and it was really value of money and very delicious food.
Staff was very kind and attentive to every request.
They also provided us packed breakfast boxes at 3am for our tour.
Spa Treatment was outstanding, Better than any ohter Spa outside.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay in property

Bit far from Central Ubud(25 mins grad ride)

Fair hotel, overpriced for what it has to offer. Staff are very nice.
Pros:

I liked the staff as they were very friendly and accommodating

Cons:

Property was a bit old and needs renovation, I also expected a more luxurious facility given the rate charged as it’s an expensive rate for what the hotel had to offer. Our minibar wasn’t working during our whole stay!
Good is really bad, needs a lot of improvement.
Doesn’t have a gym you’d expect in a 5 start hotel.

Lovely hotel, small improvements to be made.
Pros:

The hotel service and staff were really helpful, I got an upgrade to the villa with pool which was fantastic. The villa is more like a studio with private pool but very intimate vibe. The breakfast was tasty!

Cons:

The floating breakfast was not worth the extra 300k, keeping in mind I already had breakfast included in my stay. The tray was just square and plain, not the usual flowers and presentation you see everywhere else - so looked pretty empty. Villas accessible by buggy only so coming back late at night was a pain as security and reception were unmanned. Also the window seat had crumbs and hair from the previous guests.
