Fint och fräscht rum och väldigt trevlig personal. Tyvärr tyckte vi inte att frukostbuffén hade så bra utbud men maten och drinkarna var väldigt goda.

Hotellet var helt fantastisk! Ingen ting å klage på. God mat, veldig rent, fine rom. servicen er det aller beste! Bra spa, treningsenter, bassengområde. Enkelt å få taxi til ubud sentrum, men ikke gå avstand.

Overall we had a good time at the property I was a little disappointed with the insane amount of money they charged when one of the shampoo bottle lid was broken by mistake. Staff charged me an insane amount of $36 which just spoiled the joy we had in the hotel. I guess the management should not put these bottles in an awkward area where you might drop them while talking shower.

The hotel was not the resort that I imagined. While the pool area was nice, no one come to take your order. The breakfast is very disappointing especially as a vegetarian. The towels in my room looked old. Ants everywhere in the bathroom.

Outside of that, the beds were comfortable.

Had the stay at Tanadewa hotel. The room was spacious and cleaned daily with great facilities. The staff are a great asset to this hotel, so willing to help. The food was very tasty and affordable. Will recommend a 100 %. Good and quiet location and they offer a free shuttle to central Ubud. The pool area was my favourite. Loved everything really.

Amazing experience, with the most friendly staff. The setting was so serene and peaceful, and total value for money. The restaurant and spa are also fantastic. Highly recommend!

Everything is great. Staffs are helpful and friendly. It’s so nice of them arranged a small cake for my son’s birthday.
Location is away from the town center about 20mins driving distance, not the most convenient, but not too bad to trade off for waking up to a nice quiet greenery view.
Rooms and open pool are nice, enjoyed the spa experience. Food are delicious, highly recommend the Tom Yum soup. The only issue were frogs and big spiders came into our room, probably something to improve with the sliding door.
The rest are great and would recommend to my friends.

I had amazing time here, the service was great and brand new rooms for the guests. Amazing pool area with a great view of the jungle. Definitely coming back soon :)

Tanadewa is a fantastic resort for absolute relaxation...people are just so kind and professional.

It lacks communal social spaces to relax and meet with friends.
Especially closed air conditioned areas in day time.

The Villas are great how ever need to be fully secured from roof etc...
We had frogs in our room several times., which was not great.

Staff very friendly good food

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel listing is somewhat misleading! There is a large construction site which is viewed from the pool- it’s also extremely noisy, this can also be heard from the rooms early morning. The hotel is old and run down. There is also no atmosphere- it’s dull, old and not inviting.
The GM was kind enough to assist us with finding another hotel - this in any case ended up costing me an extra £450 even after receiving a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. Expedia were rubbish at helping us move and miss-sold this hotel.

All I can say, one of the best hotels I have stayed in Bali. Everything is wonderful. The view is spectacular, staff are very friendly kind and professional. Service is amazing. It’s very quiet place, so if you like to escape to nice and peaceful place, this place is for you.

Gorgeous property, delicious food, and wonderful staff.

Food is not good taste and no variety, we stay for 3 days but BF look like same. Location is far from city and shuttle to downtown is a bit. Also no activities in hotel.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Nice new hotel with beautiful view from the pool, staff are very helpful. Food, drinks over priced and breakfast limited.
