Really lovely staff and location, but unfortunately the smell put us off.
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and the location was amazing.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel smells of cigarette smoke and old cooking. It's like it is never aired. The room was ok and didn't smell, but the minute you walked outside the room the smell was overwhelming.

Hotel mit sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Sehr großes, helles Zimmer. Bequeme Betten. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Kräftige Dusche. Kostenloses Parken. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal. Lage direkt an der Badeinsel.

Cons:

Leider kein Fahrstuhl. Hat uns jetzt weniger gestört, aber für Sommergäste wissenswert: Keine Klimaanlage. Keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer abzudunkeln.

Durch die sehr gute Lage viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und darum auch für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet
Pros:

Das Haus ist nicht das "Neuste", aber gerade das macht seinen Charme aus. Es ist alt, aber es liegt kein Investitionsstau vor. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr schöne gepflegte Gartenanlage, die zum verweilen einlädt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück in Qualität und Auswahl.

Pros:

Das Hotel verfügt über ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir würden freundlich begrüßt und bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade (auf den ohnehin schon sehr günstigen Preis), da wohl nur wenige Zimmer belegt waren. Das Zimmer war groß, mit Schreibtisch, Sitzmöglichkeit, einer Flasche Wasser und Betthupferl. Alles war tip-top sauber. Das Bad ist klein, ebenso die Dusche, aber völlig o.k. Wir konnten mit offenem Fenster schlafen, da es zu der Seite, an der unser Zimmer lag, schön ruhig war. Das Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl vielfältig und der Kaffee sehr lecker. Man ist schnell am See und im Ort.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas altmodisch/überholt von der Ausstattung/Möblierung und überall liegt Teppich.
Von außen wirkt das Hotel, gerade im Winter ohne Grün, wenig einladend, die Fassade könnte mal gestrichen werden.

Tolles Personal, leckeres Frühstück, großzügiges Zimmer.
Lage direkt an der Badeinsel.
Ich habe mich im Haus am Meer sehr wohl gefühlt !1

Cons:

Es gibt wirklich nix zu meckern, wenn überhaupt, dann, dass das Haus von außen etwas in die Jahre gekommen wirkt.

Gemütliches und freundliches Hotel, in dem wir gerne wieder einkehren!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß, gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Es gab sogar ein 3. Bett ohne das wir es extra gesagt haben für unseren Sohn :).
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es fehlte an nichts.
Ebenfalls ist das Hotel sehr Hundefreundlich :)
