Not value for money. We stayed in Regenta (by Royal Orchid) for the same price the 2nd night

Good option for short stay, specially if you are travelling with a dog
Pros:

Good hotel for staying for one night. We checked in late night and left next day morning, was okayish for the small time. The location is very good, lots of food options on the ground floor and nearby. It is a pet friendly stay, they take extra charges for allowing pets. But it seems that there are specific rooms which allows pets but they don't say it upfront while booking.

Cons:

The maintenance and cleanliness can be better. The fan was not working for anything under 5 in the regulator, the TV was not starting
