Pros:

While the hotel is new, they are still doing construction work. The room is ok but outer place is dusty. No light in the elevator. Poor wifi connection and no power generator if there is brownout. The personnel are ok.

Only stay if you're a very deep sleeper!
Pros:

Comfortable bed but we could not sleep! The noise in this hotel is unbelievable. There is a chicken pen next to the hotel. After night one, we asked if it would be possible to have a room away from the chicken pen and the staff were accommodating of this and promised the other room would be quiet. The second night had just as much noise form the chicken pen, plus non-stop traffic noise. Checked-out early.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Staff was really friendly. Location is good if you have a motorbike, "short" distance to everywhere. Relatively close to the harbor. Good parking underneath the hotel. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, AC was blowing straight to bed and needed to be covered.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very central CPG Avenue. However Google maps should be updated as the hotel is still very new (2019) and the Google maps show an empty lot.
We were assigned to rm 107 but a complaint from a stink from the toilet had us transferred to rm 109 which is better. The bed, room aircon were standard. THe water pressure was good however the "hot" overpowers the "cold" water. In effect, full hot water got more then center or cold water. After showering for a while, the "hot" becomes too hot so we have to contend with slower"mid" temp. The floor tends to create a pond of water and a call to the housekeeping solved the problem by taking out the floor drain cover.
The breakfast offers good choices of Filipino, American and continental breakfast. It was good but needs to served quicker. Suggest: get the breakfast choice and time the night before so waiting will not be very long.
Overall, our stay was good and will come back again.

New hotel in Bohol
Pros:

I checked in on the day that the hotel was inaugurated, so I was one of the first clients. the room amenities are ok but the toilet did not have a bidet.
Breakfast was more than adequate and delicious. Services are still limited because its new.
