A great place !
Pros:

It s just all perfect. Rooms are great very comfortable. The garden is amazing and so green. Staff are super nice

Pros:

Great stay at Fig Tree residences. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast with a range of options like greek yoghurt and freshly cooked eggs. Rooms were clean and comfortable, good internet connection. There's also a gym with a decent selection of equipment.

I’ve stayed in many lodgings in Dar es Salaam and Fig Tree Residences was the best.
Pros:

The room was spacious, well designed, comfortable. There was enough room for me to exercise in the room. The location was great. Less than a mile’s walk from shop, restaurants, etc. Food at the onsite restaurant was pretty good and reasonably priced. My room had a nice little balcony with a table and 2 chairs, where I could smoke my postprandial cigar. Rooms were cleaned every day, laundry service was efficient, staff were friendly.

Cons:

I had a studio room, which had a microwave and fridge and a toaster. It would have been great to have a hot plate as well.

An excellent option for work travelers
Pros:

The warm hospitality of the staff, strong internet connection and a good set up to work from the room, spacious and well appointed room, very clean bathroom, excellent quality of the food, perfect location, nice swimming pool, good value for money. An excellent alternative to hotels with a perfect combination of very good services and privacy.

Cons:

Everything was great.
