Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in this hotel, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The manager went out of his way to cater to our needs and did everything he could to make our stay pleasurable. Room and bathroom was very clean.
I would just suggest that they install lifts/elevators in the hotel as it was quite difficult to go to our room which as the top floor, especially as I am pregnant. Also I would recommend that they upgrade their breakfast buffet as there isn't much variety.
Other than that, I have no faults to pick from this hotel. An excellent location as well as it is a 5 minute walk from the main tourist attractions. (Blue mosque, Agia sophia, Topkapi palace)

Pros:

This hotel had an excellent location in a major tourist area in Istanbul. It is situated over a restaurant also owned by the hotel owners.
The room we had was very small, especially the bathroom. Expedia said we would get a queen bed with a garden view, but, based on the fee we paid which was for an economy room, we got a room a small bed (? double) and a view the wall of another building. We were offended by one hotel staff who made a "joke" that if we didn't eat at their restaurant they wouldn't let us into the hotel that night - not a funny joke to hear when you are traveling abroad.
Overall, we did not enjoy our experience.
