Localização ótima. Perto da estação ferroviária. Funcionário César que fala Português nos ajudou muito. Vista do quarto ótimo.

Cons:

Funcionária do restaurante do hotel prepotente. Reservamos mesa com o gerente e a mesa próxima seria dada se houvesse disponibilidade. Ao chegarmos a funcionária disse que já estava cheio. Tivemos que chamar o gerente que cumpriu o prometido. Acho que a educação principalmente com hóspedes devia ser uma meta.

One of the Most Beautiful Experiences of My Life – Hotel Mona, Montreux
Pros:

Hotel Mona exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, right in front of the beautiful Lake Geneva, offering breathtaking views. The breakfast was excellent, and all the facilities were well maintained.

What truly made our stay special was the courteous and welcoming staff. They made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay.

Our time in Montreux was unforgettable, and Hotel Mona played a big part in making it so memorable. We will surely return in the future.

The Mona was a major contributor to a very enjoyable stay in Montreaux.
Pros:

Large room (no.53) with excellent lake view. Close to the Railway station and on a bus route and the lakeside. Exceptionally good breakfast choice of high quality. Very pleasant, helpful, friendly staff. High standards of cleanliness. Some nice small touches such as free mini bar (soft drinks and beer), welcome bottle of wine, free coffee throughout the day. A modern, bright hotel run on high professional standards.

Cons:

Please note these are considered minor and subjective points that didn't impact on the overall enjoyable stay. At times we had to wait a little longer than desired for a lift. The hotel Restaurant Menu (evening) was, for us, a little expensive and we would like to have had a more varied menu.

perfect hotel in montreux with kids
Pros:

we are a family of 5 with 3 kids. we loved the location of the hotel, right at the lake, spectacular view from our balcony to the lake. the booked a mona suite and was perfect size for us. we rented the free of charge bike and went to château de chillon. we could park in the garage, book in advance a spot. a big plus was the lobby, with free of charge beverage options and pop corn. such a nice idea. my kids loved it and the adults as well. :-) its a small gesture with a big impact. well done mona hotel. montreux is so so nice.

Cons:

in our opinion breakfast is to expensive, but I guess thats a normal price for every hotel.

We had a most lovely stay at the Mona Hotel!
Pros:

We enjoyed the coffee/tea station in lobby. Loved balcony on 15th floor. Appreciated free mini bar in Jr. Suite. Size of room was great! All staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for all we wanted to do. Glad we could stay for 3 nights!

All was good!

Restaurants were nice, views were fabulous, free drinks in room is nice and the room was comfortable, except it was too dark.

Cons:

Breakfast too expensive and I never got creamer for the room the next day. Room needs more lighting and the biggest thing is you need bellmen to help with your luggage up the stairs!!!

Pros:

Just a short walk from the lake.

Cons:

Horrible front desk service. I was given a low-floor room facing the street, and they totally disregarded my special requests on Booking.com. The room was poorly cleaned and the facilities were very old. Will never stay here again!

A wonderful stay with breathtaking lake views and a perfect location.
Pros:

The location was excellent, with a stunning view of the lake. The area was lively, and everything we needed was nearby and easily accessible. The hotel was comfortable and well located for exploring Montreux.

Cons:

The room curtains were not blackout curtains, so the room became quite bright early in the morning, which made sleeping less comfortable.

A good hotel on the promenade
Pros:

The location on the promenade is exceptional with the bonus of a short walk of 5 mins to the railway station via escalators/lift. Staff are very friendly and attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast quality and choice good with fresh eggs dishes available to order. Rooms are large with good balcony size and sun blinds to keep room cool. Air conditioning coped with 26C Air temperature outside. Good Reception area with free coffee, tea and popcorn. Items available to purchase.

Bathroom showing its age and could to with new equipment otherwise nothing wrong
