Gutes Hotel nahe Bahnhof.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Aussicht, sehr gutes Frühstück. Restaurant im Haus. Kaffeebar. Schöne Promenade am Hotel vorbei.

Cons:

Die Treppen beim Hoteleingang (wenn man vom Bahnhof her kommt). Mit Koffer fast nicht zu bewältigen. Warum gibt es keine Rampe, wo man den Koffer nachziehen kann? Denken Sie doch auch an ältere Leute. Das müssen Sie verbessern!

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer und das Hotel entspricht definitiv nicht einem 4 Stern Hotel. Das Badezimmer ist sehr alt und die Badezimmertüre ist komplett durch das Duschwasser zerstört und fällt im unteren Bereich fast auseinander.
Das Zimmer wurde trotz Mitteilung an der Rezeption nicht gereinigt.
Die Hilfe an der Rezeption war komplett ungenügend.

Posizione favolosa, camera pulita e silenziosa

Cons:

Volevo una camera per tre adulti, avevo un letto matrimoniale e una poltrona che diventava letto ma del tipo molto economico (materasso basso..) non adeguata alla struttura. Abbiamo dormito in tre nel matrimoniale, visto il prezzo per tre adulti decisamente non economico..

Everything that we hoped for from an overnight stay in Montreux
Pros:

Very helpful and enthusiatic staff. Made us feel very welcome.
Interesting hotel right on the lakeside. Maybe could do with an upgrade but that would probably destroy all of its charm.

Cons:

The street escalators were not working when we returned to the station - but that was nothing to do with the hotel...

Fabuleux séjour !
Pros:

Hôtel très calme, malgré le fait qu'il soit idéalement situé au centre ville.
Vue incroyable sur le lac.
Amabilité de la personne qui nous a accueillis et surclassés d'emblée en suite junior, sans que nous n'ayons rien demandé.
Petit-déjeuner très qualitatif et varié.
La possibilité d'avoir une place de parking, même payante, au sous-sol de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Rien ! Notre séjour a été parfait en tous points.

• 40€ ofr a Breakfast in a 4* Hotel for a child is outrageous.

The electrical sockets only work for Switzerland… in an international hotel the rooms should be equipped with multiple international electrical sockets
