Pros:

Très bon petit-déjeuner sur une magnifique terrasse surplombant le lac. Boissons et pop-corn à disposition à la réception très appréciés. Vue exceptionnelle depuis la chambre du 15e étage. Attentions dans la chambre (eau, vin et petit gâteau au chocolat) également très appréciées. Bonne humeur du personnel surtout dans la salle du petit-déjeuner. Je n'ai pas mis 10 sur 10 pour un ou deux détails dans la chambre.

Cons:

La porte de la douche était cassée. Mais ceci est un détail.

The location and facilities were very good.
Pros:

The location along Lake Geneva was great. The room had a nice view of the Lake and mountains. The restaurant was very good. It was close to many restaurants and the train station.

Cons:

I was very upset that the hotel’s reservation system was compromised by hackers. When I brought this up they said they knew about but seemed unconcerned. They should have offered free credit monitoring. They tried to blame it on Booking.com but it was their system that was compromised. I had to get a new credit card and change my information for 20 accounts. It really was a big bother:

Great location
Pros:

There was a lot to like about this hotel. It is right on the lake and promenade. The room was huge with a beautiful view. Breakfast was filling with many options. They include a free mini bar that is restocked daily and provide free water and coffee in the lobby- which is helpful in expensive Switzerland!

L’emplacement, le volume de la chambre, le petit déjeuner, la literie confortable, les boissons à disposition dans le salon et dans le frigo de notre chambre.

Cons:

La salle de bain exigüe, la télécommande pour la Clim défectueuse, les prises de courant non adaptées aux standards français.
Les chambres à l’angle de chaque étage n’ont guère plus d’avantage finalement que les chambres en façade avec vue sur le lac …
