Pros:

die Lage war toll, nur 5 min mit dem Fahrrad von der Fähre entfernt.Auch der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Zimmer mit Balkon war schön, mit Klimaanlage.
Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Cons:

Getränkeservice in der Bar/im Cafe war eher schleppend, aber auch hier war das Servicepersonal freundlich. Beim Frühstück war viel los, die Mitarbeiter haben aber dafür gesorgt, dass laufend nachgefüllt und der Beffetbereich sauber gehalten wurde.
Den Preis für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind von 265 Euro inkl. Frühstück (vor der Festspielsaison) halte ich für etwas überteuert.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Auch die Gartenanlage ist mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen, genug Platz und Spielzeug und für die Erwachsenen Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten.

Großteils sehr zufrieden nur der Zimmerdienst war mangelhaft

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.
Personal ist kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Leider war Zimmereinigung nicht so wie man sich das in einen Hotel erwartet.
Am 3.Juni gaben wir den Hinweis dass die Reinigung des Zimmers und das machen der betten entfallen kann da wir sehr viel zeit am Zimmer verbrachten. Wir bakamen dafür eine mannerschnitte als Dankeschön, somit war das personal auch im Zimmer aber hat nicht gesehen dass das Toilettenpapier sich dem Ende zu neigt und hat keine neue Rolle im Bad bereitgelegt. Am. 4 Juni wurde dann das Zimmer weder gereinigt noch die betten gerichtet obwohl wir KEINE Nachricht hinterlassen haben dass wir das nicht wünschen. Das war ärgerlich wenn man gegen den Abend das Zimmer betritt und sieht das nicht gemacht wurde, wir haben die dann auch bei der Rezeption gemeldet, da wäre dann doch noch eine Reinigungskraft gekommen aber da hatten wir dann darauf verzichtet.
