I am a returning customer and genuinely enjoy staying here. I especially appreciate the hotel’s design and overall atmosphere, which always make for a pleasant experience.

Cons:

The hotel hosted large evening events, which were quite loud and detracted from the overall guest experience. During these times, staff attention appeared to be focused on the events, resulting in slower service for hotel guests.
