Good location and valet staff were really nice
There are parties/music playing in the lobby during evening hours and are very loud, can be heard clearly in the room.

Staff helpful. Bit computer said its this much... was a rip off for one night when i was staying for 5 nights and need 1 extra.
Felt upset you could not do same rate for that one extra night.

stylish--good location
-bed was a double---not a queen like i booked---they told me its a "european" queen size wjich is much smaller---extremely deceitful!
-also only 1 night table so I had no bedside table for my phone--glasses--meds--etc.
-also only outlet in the entire room was on the single nightstand--so I could not charge my phone overnight and had to sit on a chair pulled into the bathroom door to work on my computer. You've got to be kidding me!

Wunderschönes Hotel, tolle Lage, sehr schönes Ambiente.
Parkgebühren mit 90,- Dollar pro Nacht sind aus meiner Sicht etwas zu hoch.
Le design intérieur est vraiment incroyable et vraiment sympa chaque fois que vous y entrez. Il est centrale et très pratique si vous vous déplacez entre Malibu, Santa Monica et Venice Beach. Toujours un peu de monde dans le lobby ce qui le rend vivant et donne une belle atmosphère. Le roof top est super également.
Il n'y rien autour, il est assez isolé a pied c'est pour cela que le lobby fait office de point de rencontre pour les gens aux alentours. C'est mal entretenu au niveau des chambres et vieilli très vite. Notre Suite était tout simplement salle, le canapé et les tapis étaient largement tachés, Les rideaux mal fixé aux extrémités, très décevant pour un 5 étoiles et pour le prix payé. C'est propre mais de gros problèmes sur la maintenance en général. Le claquage de porte le matin semble être un sport national, parfaitement désagréable avec le JetLag et en général.
Great experience - stylish hotel with great facilities in a good location.
The fitness facilities are very good - great gym, courses available for guests. There are a small number of bikes available for free use.
Calabra was very good, it is on the rooftop, so there is a kind-of view, more inland to the Hollywood Hills than to the beach, but it was quite cramped (small tables, close together, no room at the bar before the meal).
Pre-arrival experience wasn't great and got me a bit concerned. They seem to have a call center and then very bad quality lines to the hotel that made it difficult to contact them before arrival.
Both of the restaurants are good, but get very busy (Calabra in the evening, the other one for breakfast), staying in the hotel doesn't seem to make any difference.
