- sehr kleine Betten in 2 Bett Zimmer
- die Reinigungskraft hat das Lieblings „Nuscheli“ unserer Tochter weg geschmissen. Das Personal war bemüht es wieder zu finden was leider nicht möglich war. Unsere Tochter hat denn ganzen Abend, Nacht und Tag geweint. Hätte mir gewünscht das man aufmerksamer ist.
- Reinigung. Als wir das „Nuschi“ gesucht haben haben wir Sachen gesehen die wir lieber nicht gesehen hätten.
