Très bon emplacement
Pros:

Emplacement nickel
Proximité de station metro et bus, centre commercial.
Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Manque d'entretien des équipements, en particulier la salle de bain.
Le personnel ne parle pas très bien le turc.

Je ne recommande pas car c’est tout sauf un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Pros:

Pas grand chose, l’emplacement, le petit déjeuner qui rattrape le niveau de l’hotel et la personne à l’accueil qui était disponible pour aider

Cons:

- Les photos et description de la chambre mensongers et qui ne reflète pas le prix payé
- La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer
- Ascenseur minuscule
- L’accès au dernier étage se fait une partie par ascenseur, une autre par escalier ce qui n’est pas pratique quand on est avec des personnes âgées (non précisé dans l’annonce)
- Le restaurant de l’hôtel/bar chicha pas très bien famé (nous avons assisté à une bagarre les 10 premières minutes après notre arrivé…)

Ehrlich gesagt ist dieses Hotel eines der besten, in denen ich je übernachtet habe ✨
Ich war schon 4 Mal dort, und jedes Mal war es noch besser als davor 😍

Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell 🤍
Die Sauberkeit ist einfach top 👌

Auch die Lage ist perfekt – alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe 🛍️☕
Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und es wird definitiv nicht mein letzter Besuch sein!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly, everything about it was excellent. The cleanliness was outstanding — the rooms and all areas were spotless and very well maintained. The location is also perfect, as it’s close to everything you might need, which made our stay even more convenient.

The staff were incredibly friendly, respectful, and always welcoming. A special thank you to Ahmed, who made breakfast time really enjoyable. He was very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed, making sure we were comfortable.

Also, Ahmed at the reception was extremely helpful and professional. He was always willing to assist us and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Super hôtel je recommande vivement 👍
Pros:

Notre séjour en famille au best garden hôtel s'est très bien passé ! L'accueil était parfait, toujours avec la gentillesse et le sourire. Un séjour très agréable et avec un sentiment de sécurité !
Le service impeccable, la chambre était vraiment super et propre.
L'emplacement était bien située et à proximité des transports en commun.
Le petit déjeuner correct.
Bon rapport qualité prix
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel aux futurs voyageurs pour Istanbul 👍

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol.... fenêtres mal isolées donc bruit intense de circulation (tout le temps)..... Mais j'ai mis des boules quies et j'ai pû dormir correctement ! 😃
