We fortunately needed the room for one night.
Cons:

I had a reaction to the bed sheets so had a very uncomfortable night. I asked the manager about laundry soap used.
He said they used some industrial grade soap.
There was no breakfast available, but Braum's is nearby and walking distance.
The fridge freezer was iced over and began to defrost during the night (drip, drip, drip).

Not a good experience
Pros:

We stayed here for a basketball tournament. The rooms are very run down. There are beetles throughout the hallways, and there was mud/or something on the walls in our room. We are not picky but this isn't a place to take children. The pool has about 6 inches of water. It was not as advertised. The room was musty but the ac did work. There was no hot water for the showers. We will not be back

No breakfast offered but was in walking distance of a Braums.Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Wifi signal was not very strong.TV listing were not correct.

Our room had been updated at some time. Our room was clean and space to move around(not cramped). Clean room. Friendly staff. Next to a Braum’s..

Cons:

Older motel and we think we were the only customers on the night we stayed. Parking lot lights were present, but not very well lit. May have been LED(?) comfortable room.

Pros:

Clean! For the tired person looking for a clean and comfortable bed right off interstate, it's perfect. If you are looking for "vacation experience " not so much. We'll stay again.

Pros:

The receptionist was friendly and competent. The room was clean and the location was convenient. Price was a bit high but I guess that is normal in todays world.
