Pros:

Tolle Lage, besonders die Zimmer mit Mainblick und Balkon. Super freundlicher Empfang. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein. Wenn junge Leute übernachten ist es manchmal ein bisschen lauter, mich hat es nicht gestört.

The location and the view. Also the good working spot.

Cons:

Even if smoking is not allowed, the whole building smells bad from cheap cigarettes. The ash tray was full when I arrived with an opened beer left in the balcony.
I could hardly let myself in as I was not aware of the PIN for the post box. The main entrance door was fixed after 3 days, but they were already aware that it was failing and it was not opening only with a key, not with the card I had.
The kitchenette was there, but no pans and we were asked not to cook. The reason I chose the place was to be able to cook for myself. The reason is still not known, and it was not announced on the website at all.

Cons:

The negative part was when choosing the room in the app. There were several options, but the photos in the listing showed all the rooms together. When selecting, it wasn’t clear whether we were choosing the room that matched the photos, which is what happened in this situation.
It would be great if each room had its own individual listing to avoid misleading guests.
