Pros:

Shower was like warm. Lots of noise. Both from outside and neighbours (they weren't loud, but the walls were paper thin). I didn't like that you had to leave a R1000 deposit. Lock on balcony door broken, and the rest of the flat wasn't in amazing condition.

Pros:

Very dissappointed in the general state of the apartment also please note these do not have the balcony terrace as in photos only a few have we where told. The microwave oven in shocking condtion . There is no sea view
There was no batteries in the remote for the aircon . Very bellow standard finishing touches ,cutlery was not clean . Only street side parking available would not recommend this appartment to anyone
