Pros:

I loved the location and convenience of the property. Very clean, had everything you needed and just great all round. The gentleman who helped me with the keys was so polite, kind and helpful!

Cons:

Would be great if they had a smart TV with Netflix instead of Etv.

I did not have breakfast, I don' know if I missed something but the time I booked it mentioned breakfast but I did not have it.

It may happen that it was served after my departure or it was not included on my booking fees

it was just a place to sleep and there is secure parking i was told to park out side

It was good.
Pros:

Quiet, clean and friendly security.
Near the beach and shopping centre.

Cons:

No glass dishes to put food in. No big pot.
Not good lighting at the braai area to braai in the evening. TV kept loosing signal. Should have DSTV even if its the lower package. Windows were very difficult to open. We prefer fresh air to aircon. No big bin to empty once the bin inside is full.

Close to all the restaurants and sea

Cons:

Blood On the furniture, shower fulls off mold, 4 adults, but bunker beds, the sofa is broken and only place for 2 adults to sit on. The TV was out of order for 2 days. Curtains dirty. Looks like blood. No gas for stove had to ask for refill. Slippers of previous guest under sofa. Took 2 days for staff to collect

dishonesty is putting me off.
Pros:

It’s good for a week stay and self catering.

Cons:

I am not happy about refund process. Since I checked out Monday I haven’t received my refund. Called on Friday and they said they are processing refunds on the day but it’s Saturday evening and nothing. Honesty and transparency is one of the integrity a business must have.
