2nd bedroom bed mattreess is very uncomfortable. The three of us had to share the bed on 2nd n 3rd night
Clean beaches, within mins walking distance.
Had a lovely afternoon close by at Hops, watched men's semifinals at wimbledon, had a lovely time.
I returned to Hops on the Sunday, to be disappointed however, The Black Marlin, close to apartment, provided me w8th delicious dinner, and the opportunity to watch men's finals wimbledon another gr8 unique experience.
The apartment is ideally situated for walking activities, time by the clean uncrowded beaches. That may change during school holidays.
The property is spacious
My experience was disappointing for several reasons:
1. The reception is quite far from the accommodation, and you have to climb a long flight of stairs to get there.
2. Guests are required to pay a refundable R1,000 deposit, but this was not mentioned in the property's policies before booking. While I understand it's refundable, not every guest may have an extra R1,000 available on arrival.
3. The staff were not welcoming or particularly friendly.
4. The property is constantly noisy, with children screaming throughout the day, making it difficult to rest. When I reported the noise, I was told it was "still early," which wasn't a helpful response.
5. The bathroom was not clean. I found hair in it, and there wasn't even a shelf to place soap or toiletries.
6. The contact number provided for assistance was not answered when I called.
7. There was no complimentary soap provided in the bathroom.
8. The shower curtain was absolutely disgusting and clearly needed to be cleaned or replaced.

Close to the beach and shops. Comfortable beds. Nice sea view.
There is a club nearby so it's a bit noisy at night.

The balcony and view
Loud music surrounding the building.
Can definitely add more blankets, as it was very cold.
First our room was double booked, moved us to a smaller room. We requested a smoking room and did not get one. The window in the room was broken and banging shut the whole night, called reception and they said they would send someone to come take a look but never did. So we had to listen to the window banging shut the whole night, and to make it worse they have a night club right next door that was playing loud music until 5am. We couldn't shut the window to drown out the noise! And one other thing they don't tell you is that after the booking is made and paid for they require an additional R1000 as a breakage deposit
Exceptionally clean, well equipped for self-catering, good location to restaurants and beach!
The local nightclub can get quite noisy until quite late.

The location was perfect,close to everything and bed was comfortable.
The lady at reception/key collection was very unprofessional and wasn't welcoming at all. Towels were dirty and old with a red stain on one of them
The location was straight forward and it was nice to see all restaurants around us, our room was very good looking clean.
The parking is not good it looks not safe but nothing happens to our car it just that you always have to make sure about your baby (car).
The location , beautiful beach a stone throw away.
The tv isn’t smart so we couldn’t really watch anything, it’s just open view
