Pros:

Front desk staff was incredibly kind. The suite we booked had so much space, it was perfect. The room was clean. A tad outdated with some items, like scuffs on the dresser for example. Only big problem was the electricity would go out in the restroom when I was curling my hair, and another wall was not charging as well. The fridge needed to be cleaned a tad more in a few corners as well. Besides that, it was clean, spacious, and the kitchen area even had dish soap, dishes, utensils, which was great! Oh- there was a slight smell when we arrived but it wasn’t a bother. The general area was in a good area and we felt safe. No issues parking on a busy night. Stayed two nights and we would absolutely stay again!

Pros:

We enjoyed our recent 5 night stay. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and practical as it allowed us to cook a few meals (kitchen and gas grill) in the complex. Grocery store, shopping, restaurants, sight seeing all near by. The rooms, in my opinion, should be updated soon. Regardless, we will be staying here again.

The property is beautifully maintained with lush gardens, pool and hot tub are clean as well as the room we stayed in. The hotel no longer offers a breakfast but we stayed in a suite with all the amenities in a kitchen. They only allow 1 parking pass to a room which forces the other car onto the public street which isn't safe. There is a sketchy empty lot next door but out cars were not bothered. A peaceful outdoor sanctuary is located in the center of the hotel which is nice. I highly recommend this property and will return myself in a few months. The price was in the middle when compared with other hotels in Marin. The only negative was our bedroom was backed up to the freeway and we could hear the traffic at night.

Located in a nice and safe area with short drive/walk to shopping center and restaurants. Road noise is loud if windows are open. A bit older property, but rooms are clean and plenty of parking.

The property refused to refund my my full stay the room was grossly unsanitary and the pictures look nothing like the actual property. Stay away from this property. Stay away from Expedia because they dont help either!
