Pros:

Wonderful location, great restaurant, breakfast was delicious, rooms always cost at Miiro

Cons:

Service was slow on the hotel front. I stood in the lobby with two large suitcases, both receptionists were busy but no one was present to host, guide, take luggage etc
The hotel seemed understaffed, but once taken care of it was fine.

Ontbijt was oké

Cons:

Kamer met uitzicht op een betonnen muur.
Lkamer was ontzettend klein, stoel en tafeltje verplaatsen om naar bed te kunnen.
Na een heftige discussie hebben we gratis upgrade gekregen naar een kamer met goede verwachtingen.

Lovely design and great location. Love the treats for our doggie and anniversary. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

For the price, the rooms are really small. Our room was also smaller the advertised. Bathroom was really cramped. The hot / cold water were malfunctioning, quite unpleasant and dangerous. No amenities for the price and no breakfast included. Stale smell in the guestroom.

Pros:

Красивый дизайн, хороший завтрак и бар, ребята стараются для клиентов.

Cons:

Уборка один раз в день и то не очень хорошая. Несмотря на ранее бронирование, дали худшие номера с удачным видом на вентиляцию.
В итоге доплатили, чтоб нас переселили в номер лучше. За вид 50% от стоимости. Воду принесли один раз за 3 дня. Мини бар был пустой, но деньги на карте заблокировали.
Были в отеле 3 месяца назад, и я была удивлена, что все стало хуже.
