Nuestro cuarto tenía 3 camas y nosotros somos 5, por eso lo escogí, es muy difícil encontrar algo así. El desayuno estaba rico, muy casero.
La cama me pareció algo dura y me gustarían más almohadas, se ve algo viejito el hotel en la parte de los pasillos, el cuarto se veía remodelado y limpio, solo el pasillo y escalera no tanto, pero para el precio estaba bien y la ubicación muy bien también.
This hotel has a vintage vibe to it. They are remodeling a bit so it was kind of dirty from construcion but the hotel felt unique and pleasant. Breakfast was very very good.
Price seemed deceptive. I paid more than what was advertised but in the end it was okay.
EL PERSONAL DE HOTEL Y DEL RESTAURANTE MUY AMABLES, EL DESAYUNO MUY RICO, LA UBICACION DEL HOTEL EXCELENTE Y QUE CUENTE CON ESTACIONAMIENTO FUE PERFECTO.
El personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre nos brindó un excelente trato, lo cual agradecemos. Sin embargo, considero que el hotel tiene varias áreas de oportunidad, principalmente en la limpieza y el mantenimiento.
La regadera del baño y el extractor estaban muy sucios. No había jabón para lavarse las manos y, al solicitarlo, nos informaron que solo podrían proporcionarlo hasta la mañana siguiente. Las escaleras y el pasillo tenían un olor muy fuerte, similar al de orina de ratón, lo que hacía desagradable el acceso a la habitación. Además, el agua de los dispensadores estaba caliente.
Algo que me sorprendió fue que, al agacharme para recoger un arete que se me cayó, encontré varias botellas de refresco vacías debajo de la cama, lo que me hizo pensar que la limpieza no se realiza de manera adecuada.
También considero importante mencionar que el hotel no cuenta con elevador. Yo viajaba con dos adultos mayores, uno de ellos con dificultad para caminar, y nos asignaron una habitación en el segundo piso. Habría sido de gran ayuda que esta información estuviera más visible o que, al conocer nuestra situación, nos asignaran una habitación en planta baja.
En resumen, el trato del personal fue excelente, pero la limpieza, el mantenimiento y la accesibilidad son aspectos que deberían mejorar para ofrecer una mejor experiencia a sus huéspedes.

Es un hotel al parecer con muchos años ya, no muy renovado aunque cumple en la relación calidad-precio. La habitación que nos tocó era mediana, solo el espacio justo para descansar. Eso sí, el desayuno incluido fue muy rico.
El baño es muy muy pequeño.
