満足できる滞在だった。
Pros:

家族5名で2部屋予約したところ、内部で部屋同士がつながっている部屋を準備してくれたので快適・便利に過ごせた。レストランも館内に洋食と中華があり、特に中華はとてもおいしかった。ソファベッドの設置を依頼した際も、すぐにスタッフが来てくれた。受付やレストランのスタッフは全員親切だった。館内ではどこにいてもネットをスムーズに使うことができた。

Cons:

清潔だが、少し古さは感じた。廊下や部屋が、若干タバコ臭く感じた。我が家も子連れでお互い様ではあるものの、他の部屋や廊下の騒音が気になる夜があった。

Overall a good stay
Pros:

Very clean and well kept hotel. An absolute must stay when in Maseru

Cons:

Restaurant staff are a little rude and not really willing to assist. Seems they are short staffed and unable to effectively attend to guests needs when it’s busy.

Pros:

The food was exceptional, especially the buffet. Hotel is very clean bed super comfortable 😌 👌

Cons:

You have to ask for everything, the stuff don't tell you anything from arrival. E.g where to eat, what to find inside or around that is entertaining. We found out about the gym and spa on our last day. Also didn't like that there's no iron in the rooms, that's a hotel standard basic.

Everything you need and nothing you don't
Pros:

Hospitable and comfortable location for our first two nights in Lesotho. Fully appointed gym downstairs with steam room was a welcome treat. Restaurant with plenty of straightforward options as well.

Cons:

Possibility of long wait times at the front desk if only one staffmember working.

Exceptional and would highly recommend!
Pros:

Exceptional views, genuinely lovely and attentive staff. I was working for a week and everyone I encouraged on staff made me feel most welcome. It wasn’t fake it was genuine kindness. As a solo female business traveller I really appreciated how much they took care of me.

Cons:

Some of the utility side doors were left open at night and one of days, there was a stay animal or something died in the stairwell - however when staff was notified it was taken care of and cleaned up right away.

Great hotel in Maseru
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool area. Breakfast was good, loved the nice pancakes that are freshly prepared daily. The in-house restaurant was also good, we had some options of food to choose from. I would definitely visit again.

Cons:

I was hoping to get sushi at the Yangtao restaurant located in the hotel. We waited for this Chinese restaurant to open, only to find out they didnt serve sushi 😔
