Over priced
Pros:

Staff were friendly and well trained

Cons:

Over priced. Shower was the smallest I have ever used. Parking was not enough for all guests. Only 2 chairs in the lobby.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Pros:

There was absolutely nothing that was impressive about Avani Lesotho. A WASTE OF MONEY. The Manager did not want to give a refund on request.

Cons:

- The Entire facility was delapitating
- No proper ventilation
- The carpets and rooms are DIRTY
- The showers were so dirty
- The entire place smells like SMOKE
- Need for an urgent upgrade or shutdown
-The food was absolutely terrible
- Everything is overpriced at Avani and is pure daylight robbery
- I've had to change rooms THREE TIMES before finding a mediocre room that I unfortunately had to sleep in due to the manager not approving request to refund. Luckily I was able to cancel my second booking with booking.com as I had initially booked for two nights. AVANI hotel group needs to do way better or shut down the place.

Lesotho daki en iyi otel bu imiş.(!)

Cons:

Tesis eski, internet yok denecek kadar kötü, girişte 40 dakika benim kaydımı aradılar. Booking rezervasyon nosunu vermeme rağmen. Banyo lavabo su gitmiyor haber verdim gene yapamadilar. Klima diye koydukları o kadar gürültü çıkarıyor ki açamadım. Kahvaltı zayıf. Kalite ve hizmet yok.

Great memorable stay
Pros:

Dinner was great experience. The staff were very cautious and the support from the team was to my expectations'. The team keeps to keep it up

Cons:

Non availability of the shuttle from the airport needs to be resolve as the different actors charge different rates. If you have never been to Lesotho, you can be ripped off

disaster. staff with poor empathy, limited customer orientation and an overrpriced experience.
Pros:

wifi. clean.

Cons:

booked for rooms. got three rooms. got overcharged. wanted standard rooms - go a suite at an extra cost when we were told it was going to be standard rate and and then got something super below a standard room and our colleagues could not use it at all. It was like an ironing laundry room.

満足できる滞在だった。
Pros:

家族5名で2部屋予約したところ、内部で部屋同士がつながっている部屋を準備してくれたので快適・便利に過ごせた。レストランも館内に洋食と中華があり、特に中華はとてもおいしかった。ソファベッドの設置を依頼した際も、すぐにスタッフが来てくれた。受付やレストランのスタッフは全員親切だった。館内ではどこにいてもネットをスムーズに使うことができた。

Cons:

清潔だが、少し古さは感じた。廊下や部屋が、若干タバコ臭く感じた。我が家も子連れでお互い様ではあるものの、他の部屋や廊下の騒音が気になる夜があった。

Overall a good stay
Pros:

Very clean and well kept hotel. An absolute must stay when in Maseru

Cons:

Restaurant staff are a little rude and not really willing to assist. Seems they are short staffed and unable to effectively attend to guests needs when it’s busy.

Pros:

The food was exceptional, especially the buffet. Hotel is very clean bed super comfortable 😌 👌

Cons:

You have to ask for everything, the stuff don't tell you anything from arrival. E.g where to eat, what to find inside or around that is entertaining. We found out about the gym and spa on our last day. Also didn't like that there's no iron in the rooms, that's a hotel standard basic.
