Pros:

il personale nonostante le difficoltà è riuscito a darmi la password del wifi e la carta igienica, inizialmente non presente in camera

Cons:

lo staff comunica a fatica in inglese, l'aqua del bagno era ghiacciata, su un soggiorno di due persone era disponibile un solo asciugamano a chiazze (non pulito bene) e parcheggio limitato (tre macchine entrano a fatica)

Cons:

We were there at the hotel at sharp 12 am. Booking.com site shows we can checking till 12 am. We were very tired and wanted to sleep. We called several times and one of hotel people answered ones. He was very upset and told us why you people couldnt come before 10 pm..then he hang up the phone..
So we waited at the gate for 15 minutes. But no one came. Then i called again. He answered and told me plese go find a place somewhere else.. 😐

If you want to stay at a hotel near sliit stay at green will hotel in Isurupura road very near sliit
Pros:

I don’t know about the property because they didn’t even let us in

We arrived a bit early but they won’t even open the gate or let us in if you are Tamil you’re done because they only know Sinhala and don’t know English what so ever and we were able to communicate with them on because our uber driver knows Sinhala if you want to stay near sliit for whatever reason very near sliit there’s Isurupura Road in about 500m there’s hotel called GREEN WILL HOTEL the owner is Sinhala but very kind person and the worker called raja is Tamil and very friendly and helpful a bit of a walk from sliit and a bit pricey but if you have any business near sliit this place is the best and it near sliit than this darned sanmi FUCK!!!😡

Decent stay for an affordable price.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and spacious enough for two. The facilities were clean and satisfactory. There was a slight issue in the bathroom that was brought to the attention of the manager (who was friendly and respectful). He was appreciative of the feedback and looked into the matter promptly. This attitude is commendable.

Cons:

Furniture and decorations in rooms could do with some dusting.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful. Particularly desk assistant nihal.

Cons:

Metres and pillows are worn out and old. You cant simply put new pillow covers and make it clean.
Under the pillow cover its dirty and wornout.
Metres gives u body aches in the morning.
