Baymont by Wyndham Greenville

Room smelled like cigarettes. Walls were poorly painted. Bathroom had mold on the walls. Beds were uncomfortable. One had a visible dip in it. Bedding was stained and had burns in comforter.

The bathroom toilet was too low to the ground. Main area was not swept. Hair in the bathroom.

We stayed here during family weekend for ECU. The condition of the property is terrible…crumbling stairs leading up to the second floor room, dirty bathrooms, and just overall neglect and disrepair. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it. On the positive side, I will say that the staff was very nice and did their best with what they had to offer. The first room we were given was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke and the bathroom was not clean. We asked for another room and the gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic and did give us another room. Unfortunately, it was not much better. The bathroom was a little cleaner but not much. The toiletries they supplied (mini shampoo, body wash) were 1/2 used, and there was a pair of men’s underwear on the floor in the closet! We had no other options on such a busy weekend, so we had no choice but to stay…but the pictures online were misleading and we were happy to check out!

Was kind to allow us to check in at noon which was really appreciated.

Front desk guy was nice but the overwhelming stench of Fabuloso and urine as soon as we walked into the lobby should have made me turn around and leave. our room had the same intense cleaning agent stench in top of a moldy stench. my husband immediately started coughing and sneezing once the air conditioner was turned on. we checked out.

The rooms stunk and were dirty. The smoke alarm was beeping he moved me to the room beside so I still heard it all night.

I furniture was torne and faded. The were pot holes on the steps and walkway. One of the rooms was boarded up. I was afraid for my safety. The bathroom was not clean, I had to clean the toilet before using it and tgere was no way that I would get in the shower.

The property was alright and the amenities were fine. Close to where I needed to go.

From the time we checked in, the management went out of thwir way to see after our needs.For the price, we feel we got our money's worth.

Outside dirty and cigarette butts everywhere, would not recommend it

Bed comfort, room smelled like mildew, Internet extremely slow no fitness center as described. Pool only goes up to 5ft. But customer service was A1 from check-in to check-out. Also an unusual amount of flies in my room too. But overall 3 out 5 stars. I would go back again just because the staff was extremely cool and down to earth. And it’s convenient to everything

The people were extremely nice. I have never had this happen though, when I asked for towels one day since we had a 5 day stay I was told they didnt have any but could take the two in our room and wash them. Odd no wxtra towels. Breakfast was the same everyday but for the price what did I expect. We ended checking out early and cutting our losses! If you stay bring your own soap and shampoo. No shampoo in the room and only old smelly bar soap.

The room was immaculate and so spacious.. i enjoyed my stay

Stayed for all of 2hours and said my car is more comfortable didnt even dirty the room up left as if nobody ever been in it. Was i accommodated!? Hell No

Suite was nice, spacious. Couldn't take a shower as piece to turn from bath to shower was broken. Bathroom area needs updating. Rest of the room was nice. Beds were a bit too firm for me. We drove 6 hours and couldn't use the pool because we didnt get there til 8:15, pool closed at 8:30 which was kind of dumb. Check out at 11 but pool didnt open til 10. Other than that overall good experience.
