True 1BR Balcony Suite with Strip View at MGM Signature

I didn't like it had to leave

TV remote was missing in the bedroom.. parking was a problem and valet asked me to park at MGM grand that is half a mile from the property. This needs a fix.

I have an airbnb. So if they would do a 250 investment in small updates would be so much nicer. New dinner ware set, wine bottle opener. More than 3 forks. Just some expected conveniences.
Couch had several stains.

Contact w owner not to good. The jet tub handles were broken as tub had a drip leak and husband had to use the weight of his hand to shut the water off. Called and messaged the owner about this incident and no response.

He needs a new cleaning / maintenance service as if it was done properly they would have noticed the issue before I checked in.

The place is minimally stocked. It could be made so much more comfortable with a few additions like any starters in the kitchen like salt and pepper and oil. There’s no colander for making pasta or washing vegetables. It’s just the absolute minimum as if the owner is worried people steal things. There should be a toilet supplies and a broom for sweep. Besides that it’s a great place and good value.

I attempted calling the house keeping number to report an issue with the iron and remote control with no answer and when I wrote a message, they were shocked that no one answered and assured that they would have them replaced in the next day. The next day comes, and there is no replacement of the iron nor remote, let alone no follow-up. That's poor service at its best.

The kitchen facilities were a bit of a disappointment. There were three of us (the apartment can sleep four) with only two coffee mugs. There was a small coffeemaker with two bags for coffee (enough for two small pots) but we were staying 5 days with no coffee filters for the small coffee maker. I brought coffee but would not even know where to get those tiny little filters. Either include more bags or stock some filters please! The knives were so dull they just shredded what we were trying to cut. And, there was no remote for the bedroom TV and no hairdryer for the bathroom next to the kitchen.

Interior furnishings were pretty bad:
A stained, run down sofa bed, threadbare stool in the master bath, toilet in master bath ran 24/7. It just really needs an update.

Also, hotel should figure a way to allow Door Dash to deliver to your room.

This was our second time staying here. We will not be back.

Ik probeer nu al weken/maanden een factuur te ontvangen en dat blijkt bijzonder moeilijk. Booking.com is ook niet bepaald behulpzaam in dit soort gevallen. Erg teleurstellend. Alhoewel het verblijf prima was, wellicht afgezien van een ruime dagelijkse wandeling om bij de Strip te komen, is de hoeveelheid tijd die ik kwijt ben om een simpele factuur te ontvangen ronduit beschamend. Het lijkt ook buitengewoon moeilijk voor Booking.com en MGM om even met elkaar te bellen en de zak op te lossen. Ze laten het probleem liever bij de klant vastlopen.
